I have only good things to say about the doctor—he conducted a very thorough examination and referred me to another specialist, Tatyana. Honestly, despite her young age, she is a very competent and professional doctor. I was very pleased with her work. After completing the treatment, I was referred to another doctor, Fakhria, for a professional teeth cleaning. I was also very pleased with this service. Overall, the clinic's atmosphere, the pleasant aroma inside, and the high level of cleanliness and tidiness immediately catch my eye. The calming music, high-quality service, and the selection of coffee and tea create a special feeling of comfort. Honestly, you feel right at home. Even though you're in a foreign country, they treat you in such a way that you don't feel like a stranger, but rather like one of their own. I called the 5A Aesthetic Clinic to get information. When the phone was answered, I said “Good morning, madam”, but there was no answer from the other side and only “Here you go, madam”. For the sake of politeness, I repeated it again, but again I received the same answer “Here you go, madam, have your say”. The topic I was interested in was related to 3D computed tomography - upper jaw imaging. Since the price seemed interesting, I wanted to get additional information. Brief information was given, but when I wanted to ask additional questions, the conversation was ended abruptly, saying "your question has been answered." Even when I asked the name of the lady I was talking to, the phone was hung up on me without an answer. As a patient, everyone has the right to receive information and ask questions. People usually come to clinics with problems and pain, and in such cases, more understanding and polite communication is expected. I called because the price seemed interesting, but the first impression of the service is formed precisely from telephone communication. I hope the clinic management will pay attention to this issue and approach the issue of communication with patients more sensitively.

The issues with my teeth were quite extensive, but already after the first treatment things improved. I can not thank the staff here enough for all the help they gave and the quality of the treatment. They really are fantastic professionals and nice people too.
