I had two dental implants placed about 4 months ago. My teeth were fitted two days ago, and I am very satisfied with the treatment. Dr. Aykut Kosun is a very friendly and truly skilled doctor; I can wholeheartedly recommend him to my friends and family. very modern and all the different services that are required were in house. The staff were friendly and professional and spoke english. The cost of the treatments we received was very reasonable. Our experience using Diş 212 can only be described as wonderful. Please keep in mind that any dental work anywhere in the world would have some pain/discomfort but ours was very minimal given the extent of our treatment. Very speedy, very professional and very reasonabley priced service. Thank you Dr. Aycut and the team.

After extensive research, we decided on Aykut. He is truly exceptionally skilled in implants and monolithic veneers. He completely anesthetized us with sedation. He placed temporary teeth within 24 hours, leaving us with no teeth left after extraction, and then fixed permanent teeth three months later. We were very pleased to have met him. I received clear aligner treatment from Professor Abidin and I am very satisfied with the treatment. I didn't feel any pain or discomfort. They were very helpful throughout the treatment process and answered all my questions immediately.
In May, we received pricing information from Dental 212 for a wisdom tooth extraction. We were told the cost of an impacted wisdom tooth extraction was 5,000 lira. Furthermore, when Aykut, the oral surgeon, looked at the tooth, he increased the price by 2,000 lira and said it would be 7,000 lira. Although we told him we had come with a price of 5,000 lira, Aykut casually told us it would be 7,000 lira, and that it was a difficult procedure. We were shocked and disappointed by this. We waited for four days in vain, with toothache. Two days later, we had the tooth extraction at a cleaner hospital in Bahçelievler for half the price. We don't plan on choosing Dental 212 again.

We only provide price ranges for procedures like wisdom tooth extractions, which vary depending on the area of application, without our doctor seeing you. You were informed that the price for wisdom tooth extractions could range from 3,000 TL to 5,000 TL and 7,000 TL, depending on the possibility of complications and whether the tooth is impacted. Our doctor is available at our clinic every day and can see you for examination and check-ups, but since impacted tooth extraction, other operations involving oral surgery, or single or multiple implant operations require at least 45 minutes, you were given an appointment for the most convenient day with available time. Thank you again for waiting 4 days based on your past experiences. We try our best to see each patient on time. However, especially in surgical procedures, delays can sometimes occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as a patient needing to rest or take a break during the procedure, or having questions afterward, etc., and we apologize for this. As an institution, we take all criticism, both positive and negative, into account and act accordingly. Our doctor, Aykut Koşun, has been serving in our clinic for 14 years and is a professional and well-known physician with high patient satisfaction, who cares for each patient with utmost attention. The word "disrespectful" you used in your message is inappropriate and, we regret to say, is an unbecoming term for a physician who has gone far beyond the limits of criticism. I started clear aligner treatment about 240 days ago. I am very happy with my teeth now. The doctors are very caring and understanding. Before coming here, I had a doctor phobia. I overcame that phobia here. I thank all the staff.
