This is the worst dental service I've ever experienced. It's truly shameful to see how they treat patients like mere numbers, prioritizing only the price they're going to pay. If a patient arrives even five minutes late, they're ignored, but if you arrive on time, you have to wait 40-50 minutes. Furthermore, the staff is incredibly rude. , today at the Salitre location, while I was waiting for almost an hour for my mother (who had arrived very promptly) to be seen, I witnessed them mistreating a woman who was also waiting for an appointment. She kept explaining the procedure she needed, but they simply ignored her and treated her in a way that made me feel sorry for her. In conclusion, they are abusive, rude, and disrespectful to their patients.

This has been the worst service I've ever experienced. I waited over 40 minutes, explained the reason for my visit, and yet Dr. Sandra was incredibly rude, and the receptionist was dismissive and completely unhelpful. levels of the system offer such awful service. And don't even get me started on the difficulty of scheduling an appointment; it has to be whenever, wherever, and at whatever time they dictate. They are among the worst I've ever encountered.

The evaluation was incomplete, and they overlooked some additional problems beyond those already identified. The consultation appointment was rushed and lacked detail; the dentist simply passed over several problematic teeth, declaring them "healthy" without examining them thoroughly with instruments. "nervous" and therefore requiring general anesthesia. They didn't explain the treatment plan, nor did they show me the detailed findings. They only ordered a panoramic X-ray, and when I asked how much a CT scan cost, they told me it was 300,000 COP, when in reality you can get that exam for 140,000. The approach was rather cold and direct, asking, "How do you want to finance it?" while reading me a long list of options for an incomplete treatment, without explaining the necessary stages (which are indeed required to progress carefully and effectively) that would allow for gum healing or other procedural care. I don't recommend it because the next day, I was shown at another clinic that, without so much marketing (and without a complimentary massage), does more, with excellent treatment tailored to the patient's needs—professional, dedicated, warm, judicious, and thorough. I saw each X-ray and the doctor explained every detail, each 3D scan and its findings. Several specialists came to assist with the evaluation, and my first surgery was performed with local anesthesia and exceptional care. I learned a lot during my experience.

This allows us to know the current condition of each tooth. If a tooth is HEALTHY, it must be recorded in the medical history. The evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment plan options are performed by a dental professional with more than 10 years of experience. Second, we do not perform procedures under general anesthesia. We offer a conscious sedation option for dental procedures that may be bothersome, uncomfortable, or traumatic for the patient. The conscious sedation option is offered primarily to patients undergoing surgical procedures. Third, 14-85 Dental Spa does not perform CT scans, which is why this price does not correspond to one of our services. This price may correspond to nearby providers that offer CT scans. On the other hand, your written comment does not reflect the reality of your assessment or treatment plan options; it even contradicts what you told the doctor who provided care during the consultation and subsequent phone conversations. We encourage you to be more careful with your comments, considering that they affect the quality work performed by an entire team of assistants, professionals, and healthcare specialists who strive daily to offer high-quality dental treatments focused on pain reduction.
