I asked about the cost before my first consultation, and the secretary clearly told me it would be $20. However, after the consultation,without any prior notice or explanation,the fee was increased to $65 just for the initial assessment of my problem. I visited Westcoast Dental to have my retainer fixed after it became loose shortly after a professional cleaning performed by their team in Hanoi. I had pretty substantial amount of work done which included extraction, inlay and a front crown. The whole process has been very transparent and very pleasant.
