Still refusing to take accountability 1 year on, and I'm still suffering nerve pain and severe numbness. Add to that that the botched surgery has left me looking years older, in a far worse state than I was before they butchered me !!! โฆ
I went to get a denture and paid for a denture with 8 molars and paid for it and when the denture was presented it only had 5 teeth. I had to complain to get a part refund for the teeth I paid for. When I finally took the denture it fell โฆ
I do not recommend this place, I had a bridge done and when I came back home I got infection and need to replace the denture. โฆ
Very bizarre and disappointing experience with Worldwide Dental Hospital. I had originally contacted them while overseas after a three-unit bridge anchored to two implants detached. I decided to wait until my return to Vietnam to have a โฆ
I have had a Great Experience with the World Wide clinic last time and this time. I am so grateful my friends who was recommended me this clinic. My friends are living in Australia but I am from New Zealand. โฆ
I had a tummy tuck and butt lift done here. The horizontal scar on my stomach is acceptable, but the butt lift itself left a scar like this, which the doctor should reconsider. I wasn't informed about this during the consultation, and after the procedure, I find it very unsightly. I even had to get a tattoo to cover it up.
I was referred to Worldwide beauty and dental Hospital by my sister. I met Dr. Loc Nguyen for consultation on March22nd. I walked thru the facility. I was very impressed that it really clean they even have the clean room for teeth implant which we donโt have in U.S. Dr Loc Nguyen suggested what need to be done with my teeth. Itโs really a very good suggestion. I accepted and Dr. Loc Nguyen performed 1 tooth implant and dental porcelain. The results are excellent. I am really happy with the job that Dr. Loc Nguyen has been doing with my teeth. I will comeback in November 2026 so Dr. Loc Nguy...
Very great hospitality and service and was very happy with the results.
I had my dental crowns done here about 10 years ago. I only return occasionally when I have business trips in the area for check-ups. My teeth are still in very good condition, and Iโm completely satisfied with the hospitalโs quality.โ

What these reviews tell you
Individual five-star reviews are useful, but the pattern across multiple reviews is more useful. When you read through the selection above, look for recurring themes: do patients consistently mention the same dentist by name, the same procedure type, the same trip duration? Recurring detail is a stronger signal than any single review.
Look also for what is not mentioned. Reviews that focus on the front-desk experience but say nothing about clinical work tell you one thing. Reviews that mention specific procedures, materials, and outcomes tell you something more substantive about the clinic's case work.
How to read clinic reviews critically
- Treatment complexity matters. A glowing review of a simple cleaning carries less weight than a thoughtful review of a multi-implant case, because the surface area for problems is larger in the implant case.
- Trip structure. Reviews from patients who completed multi-visit treatments (returning for the final prosthetic, for example) are more informative than reviews from patients who only had one appointment.
- Specifics over adjectives. "Painless and efficient" tells you the experience was pleasant. "Dr. X explained why he was choosing zirconia over PFM for my molar crown" tells you the clinical decision-making is documented.
A note on dental tourism planning
A few things worth keeping in mind regardless of which clinic you choose:
- Travel logistics still apply. Even with a well-run clinic, dental tourism involves visa timing, recovery windows, and the possibility of needing follow-up care after returning home. Implant work typically requires a second visit several months after the initial placement.
- Pricing varies by case. Any figures shown are starting points. Your actual treatment cost depends on imaging, bone condition, and materials selected, which can vary by a factor of three or more for the same procedure.
- Get a written treatment plan. Before committing to travel, request a written plan from the clinic via SmileJet's quote system. That plan should specify procedures, materials, session count, and total cost. If a clinic cannot provide this, that is itself useful information.
