Hanoi
Hanoi is Vietnam's capital and where Picasso started: the group was founded here in 2013 as Serenity International Dental Clinic and took the Picasso name in 2022 (clinic). SmileJet lists two Hanoi clinics, the Old Quarter and Westlake Square branches. The Old Quarter branch is in Trúc Bạch, on the southern edge of West Lake, about 10 minutes from Hoan Kiem Lake (clinic).
Da Nang
Da Nang is a coastal city in central Vietnam. The clinic says Picasso opened there in 2015. Its main branch is at 222 Phan Chu Trinh in Hai Chau, the city centre, about 15 minutes by car from the airport and about 10 minutes from the hotels along My Khe beach (clinic). Its second branch is on floor 2 of Vinmec International Hospital, which the clinic says it prefers for full-arch surgery because anaesthesiology is on site.

From Australia, the only sourced home comparison for All-on-4 is A$18,000 to A$35,000 per arch (2025 Australian clinic price guides), against Picasso's about A$8,260 to A$12,120 per jaw before the final bridge, so the gap is not the saving on the finished treatment. From anywhere else, compare with a written quote from your own dentist.
Clinic set-up and specialist care
The clinic says every branch, in both cities, has CBCT 3D scanning, panoramic X-ray, iTero intraoral scanning, digital surgical guides, a Piezotome and Class B autoclave sterilisation. Picasso no longer publishes its dentists' names and says it assigns cases by procedure rather than by branch, so ask which dentist will treat you, wherever you go.
The clear difference is sedation. Picasso's contact page sends "surgical implants and All-on-4 with sedation" to its Vinmec branch in Da Nang, and nothing it publishes says either Hanoi branch sedates. Getting there
Hanoi is served by Noi Bai International Airport. The clinic says the Old Quarter branch is about 30 minutes away by car or Grab.
Da Nang International Airport is close to the centre; the clinic says its main branch is about 15 minutes away by car.

Recovery: where would you rather heal?
After implant surgery your dentist will tell you how much to rest. The two cities offer different kinds of quiet days.
In Hanoi, gentle options include a slow walk around Hoan Kiem Lake or Trúc Bạch, museums and cafés. Stick to soft foods for as long as your dentist advises.
In Da Nang, you can rest near the beach. Ask your dentist before swimming after surgery. Hoi An is about 30 km south if you want a gentle day out.
Combining both cities in one trip
You do not have to choose one city for the whole trip. Some people have treatment in one city and spend the rest of their holiday in the other. If you do:
