I had my teeth cleaned and whitened by Ms. Ecem. I am very happy with the results; she has a very gentle and kind touch. I will come for a cleaning every 6 months.

I was in a lot of pain a week ago. Another dentist said my tooth would need a root canal. They even said it might need to be extracted. I found Dr. Ecem by chance on Instagram. I'm so glad I did; she saved my tooth without needing a root canal. I'm continuing with other procedures in sequence. I highly recommend her to everyone.

I'm not saying this just because she's my daughter, but her touch is truly gentle. She completely transformed my smile with 16 composite veneers. They look natural, are white, and were done without anesthesia; I didn't feel anything. I was also very comfortable during the tartar removal. I recommend her to everyone.

I went to Ms. Ecem's office from Bursa for a routine checkup. I had a few cavities and tartar buildup. I had a week to spare, and she handled everything quickly and painlessly. She was very gentle and kept me informed throughout the procedure, making me feel at ease. Thank you for everything. I'll be back in March or April.

I was an hour late for my appointment due to traffic, and I called the clinic to let them know. However, when I entered the clinic, I was surprised to see Dentist Ecem Dilek Küçük, who greeted me with a rather passive-aggressive demeanor. Instead of explaining the situation with maturity, she was tense and disrespectful. And there weren't any patients after me. If she had just told me she couldn't take me, there would have been no problem. I was deeply disturbed by her communication style. In short, I was completely dissatisfied with both the quality of the procedure and the communication style. The bonding procedure damaged my teeth, and a solution has still not been found. I definitely do not recommend them based on their experience and professionalism.

Ms. Merve, informing me that you were an hour late for your appointment and constantly stalling my assistant by saying "I'll be there in 10 minutes" frankly made things very difficult for us. Just because there weren't any other patients after you didn't mean we didn't have important work. In response to your insistence that you had to see me, I explained that even if you were an hour late for your manicure appointment, you would be warned. I think you perceived this as disrespectful, but I disagree. Nevertheless, I proceeded with the procedure. It was an unpleasant experience for us too; believe me, we would have preferred a different experience with you. The tooth we bonded was an untreated tooth that you had already broken. It's a treatment that was done on an already broken tooth, and it's very likely to break again, requiring careful attention to diet and grading. As I showed you in the clinic, I've been careful to use the highest quality materials for years. We haven't even charged for materials for any of your repeated procedures. I even consulted another dentist friend about your case in case I missed something. Your teeth were not damaged in any way. We performed the procedure that day, did as you requested, and then called you for a follow-up. You didn't come. When I offered a refund if you weren't satisfied, you chose to write this review and simply leave it on read. Unfortunately, you're mistaken in that review.
