They put in a filling, it seemed fine until the edges started to become covered with caries, after a couple of months half of the tooth chipped off and it became clear that everything inside was black, the material from the inside doesn't look too good, in short, money was wasted and everything will have to be redone

What was important to me was that they didn't rush me and adjusted the treatment to my schedule (I was often traveling). I moved from Georgia at the end of 2024, and in June 2025, I made a special trip to Batumi to have the crowns installed, which I think confirms my review. Thank you again! The worst clinic ever! Please don't go there! I wasted a ton of time, money, and stress after visiting this clinic! At first, Dr. Roman couldn't diagnose me for a long time, leaving me in pain. turns out I should have run away from this clinic then and there! Because the root canal doctor didn't completely clean the root canals in any of my teeth, I had to redo everything, which costs more! This was confirmed by several doctors at different clinics using x-rays (that the root canals weren't completely cleaned). The most annoying thing is that Roman initially removed the nerve from a HEALTHY TOOTH! And now it's dead, it needs to be redone and a crown put in!!! Which costs a pretty penny—65,000 rubles, to be exact (the average price in my current city). Also, when he was treating my tooth and cleaning the root canals, I was twitching in pain the entire procedure. The pain was so excruciating that by the end, I couldn't take it anymore and burst into tears. When I asked why it hurt so much, Roman said, "I don't know." By the way, I had this tooth treated completely painlessly at another clinic. And please, don't write about why you didn't contact the administrator or that I'm somehow wrong. I did contact him several times, giving him another chance, and I deeply regretted it. Now I have to clean it up for a long time and at a great cost.

The administrator calls and texts you, but you ignore them. For reference, teeth cleanings are typically done every six months, but you're complaining about the fourth month after a cleaning, when it's time for another one. This is an inappropriate response on your part! It's like buying shoes at the store, bringing them back after four or more months, and saying they're too tight!
