Since I don't understand Turkish well, I didn't understand why they were so amused, which only added to the stress. Overall, the procedure went well, and I went home, albeit with severe swelling from the excessive anesthesia. On July 19, I returned for another filling. Afterward, we went on vacation, and while I was there, I began to feel something was wrong with my teeth. The fillings were uneven, as if they hadn't been polished. Furthermore, the teeth underneath the fillings continued to hurt. I then scheduled a follow-up appointment and asked for a different doctor, as I'd lost trust in my previous specialists. I was scheduled for August 2nd with the head dentist, who was introduced as a very experienced dentist. Instead of simply adjusting the fillings, they began completely redoing all the previous fillings in my lower row. During the process, they discovered another tooth with decay. As a result, my entire jaw was again under anesthesia, my face was swollen, and my weekend was ruined. I was shocked by the incompetence of the first doctors. The clinic offered to redo their work for free, but they still demanded payment for the new filling—2,000 lira. The most disappointing thing was that even after all these procedures, my teeth continued to hurt—and even became more painful. As a result, I will have to redo the entire treatment at a different clinic, which means additional expenses, new appointments, stress, and pain. I consider it my duty to warn others: I categorically do not recommend going to this clinic for serious treatment. The clinic might be suitable for hygiene procedures, but it's definitely not suitable for adults with real problems. Instead of high-quality treatment, you risk encountering unprofessionalism, a superficial approach, and a lack of accountability for mistakes. All you'll be left with is pain, additional expenses, and the need to start over elsewhere.

It's a terrible place, the staff changes constantly, they're inefficient, they can't work as a team internally, they never see appointments on time. I took my little cousin there, but I won't go again. Besides, the pediatrician comes from outside, and we have to wait for him too. I won't go there again.
