I messaged them on WhatsApp to fix the problem, but they ignored my message. Previously, at another clinic in the Lara area, I regularly had my teeth cleaned and whitened. I always got excellent results. After the whitening, the dentist gave me strips to use every night for a week to maintain the whiteness. After sending them a WhatsApp message to fix the problem and receiving no response, I went to my previous dentist in Lara, and he corrected my dental issue. I'm very satisfied now because he's an experienced doctor. I advise you not to go to this clinic. There are more professional clinics in Antalya. I wasted my money. My mistake was not checking the reviews before going to their clinic. The clinic has very bad reviews. I noticed everyone complaining about their incompetence, lack of responsibility, and that they're only after money. They care more about money than patient satisfaction.

However, we believe it is also important to present the full and accurate timeline of your treatment for transparency. Your treatment began in September 2024 and was completed in January 2025. Throughout this process, all procedures were carried out with your full knowledge and written consent, as is standard for all our patients. At the time you completed your treatment and left our clinic, you expressed your satisfaction which is also reflected in your 5-star review that is still visible. Approximately 9 months later, you contacted us regarding discomfort related to speech. Despite there being no clinical failure (such as breakage, fracture, or implant-related complication), we invited you back and, as a goodwill gesture outside of our standard aftercare policy, we completely remade your upper zirconia crowns free of charge. During this visit, you did not report any ongoing issue at the clinic, and again shared that you were satisfied and that there was improvement. Only after a significant period of time had passed did you contact us again with similar concerns and request another remake. We fully respect that comfort, speech, and adaptation are important aspects of treatment. However, multiple clinical evaluations on our side have not identified a technical or structural issue with your restorations. We also note that claims such as “loose implants” are serious clinical matters. If such a condition were present, it would require immediate intervention and would be clearly detectable during examination. To date, no such clinical finding has been identified in your case at our clinic. Despite all of this, we have continued to approach your situation with the intention to help. Even at this stage, we have offered to support your visit by covering your hotel and transfer in order to reassess you again. However, repeated full remakes without a clinical indication cannot be provided free of charge.
