complete and complete failure of incompetence. I've been living with pain radiating down my entire right side for six days. My extracted tooth bled for two hours after four days. Even when I showed up for a checkup, covered in blood, they refused to care, saying, "We can't take you in without an appointment. You might want to wait until 7 or 8 o'clock." When I went to a different clinic, they took care of me immediately, even though I wasn't their patient. My tooth still hurts, and I can't even eat after everything was done during the extraction. I've never seen a place so insensitive to a patient's pain and so unwilling to admit their mistakes. You've become a complete business; you don't care about people's health. If pain isn't a problem for you, then this is the place to go.

They restored my faith that there are reputable clinics and people in Turkey! Until the very last moment, I doubted it, thinking it was another scam. But as soon as I checked into the hotel, I saw completely happy people who had already had their teeth fixed at DentSun. Now I have 24 beautiful teeth! An absolutely fantastic clinic, professional and very caring doctors! They put their heart into their work, not just for the money. They could have simply screwed my teeth in and forgotten about it. And I thought everything was fine, but they spent another couple of hours working their magic on each new zirconium tooth, adjusting every detail and polishing it to perfection! Excellent logistics with their own branded cars. No frills, but a very cozy and welcoming hotel with good internet and delicious breakfasts. They have their own lab and are open 24/7! What other clinics do in 9 days, they do in 5. The supervisors, Alina and Oksana, are true tooth fairies – always there and ready to provide any assistance they can. They are professionals and simply wonderful! I am incredibly grateful to them, the doctors, and the entire clinic staff! They are all true magicians! I am completely satisfied with my 24 new teeth! These people have made me happy! My only regret is that I only brought a couple of chocolates with me from Estonia. I wanted to give them to everyone at DentSun. They are now my HEROES! You call them and they say they will get back to you and you wait for hours. The people who answer the phone are insensitive, very disrespectful and have no business ethics. Unfortunately, no matter how many times I called, it was the same.
