Correction: My filling has broken and come out spontaneously 4-5 times in 4 years. Even though I can't use that side of my tooth because of an extraction, a piece still came out on its own while eating with the other side. Once it came out while chewing gum. I'm sorry, but this is no longer acceptable; think again about where you get your fillings from.
