This place is a rip-off. I went for two tooth extractions, and they told me they would remove the implant from the healthy tooth as well. They charged me 46,000 for a total of four tooth extractions and a dental cleaning. I waited for hours. I noticed they treat foreigners better than Turkish citizens. I do not recommend it; research other places.
