I value my teeth so much, I always recommend a preliminary check-up every year. Therefore, about a year later, I scheduled another appointment at the same clinic with the same doctor (Dr. Mehmet Karadağ) to have another check-up, as the problem persisted. After the examination, I was informed that the sensitivity in my gums continued. I insisted on seeing if there might be cavities and requested an X-ray. However, Dr. Karadağ stated that he could see cavities in my teeth and that an X-ray wasn't necessary, and he ended the treatment. Because the problem persisted, a week later I went to another clinic and learned that my doctor had said I had a deep cavity and that I would need a root canal after requesting an X-ray. At that moment, my world collapsed. I called Dent 35 again, informed them of this situation, and requested to speak with Dr. Karadağ. After I sent the X-ray to Mr. Mehmet, he confirmed the decay and admitted that a root canal treatment might be necessary, apologizing for not ordering the X-ray during the examination because he couldn't see the decay. I only thank him for this act of kindness. However, he is responsible for the decay in my teeth, which he described as healthy, not being treated last year, and which has progressed beyond even fillings to the point of requiring root canal treatment. I am continuing my treatment with another clinic and dentist. I am very angry and upset because they caused me to lose the health of my teeth in this incident.
