I would like to thank Dr. Mehmet Özgür at the AvrupaDent Karşıyaka branch. He performed three fillings on me and a root canal on my mother. He was very attentive throughout the treatment process. The teeth he made are indistinguishable from the originals; his craftsmanship is truly superb. If you are looking for a dentist who does their job properly, you should definitely see Dr. Mehmet.
Finding a dentist as dedicated, explanatory, and professional as Dr. Mehmet is very difficult these days. He always works with the same care and attention. Thank you for your hard work, doctor.

fitting. During the fitting, I told her I didn't like the tooth and that it looked flat. I indicated where it needed correction. Despite this, no changes were made, and the tooth was returned to me. Despite the money I paid, I received something I was not satisfied with. Unable to resolve this, I complained to the management. She must have received a warning, because in our last meeting, she acted in a way unbecoming of a doctor, pressuring us. While we were trying to explain our complaint, she acted as if we were fighting (even though we didn't raise our voices), using phrases like "I have a witness," and engaging in a polemic. Furthermore, she interpreted my dissatisfaction with the tooth in her own way, comparing us to herself despite not knowing us at all, and suggesting it was due to age-related complexes (which is not the case because teeth are genetic). She spoke like this for over half an hour and then closed the topic, neither listening to our complaint nor our comments. She acts as if she never makes mistakes in her profession and looks down on people when they have a complaint. The process was already painful, and experiencing this on top of that was very demoralizing. My point is that people are very nice and friendly until they get your payment. After that, you're ignored. Like everywhere else, Ms. Neşe is the same here, even though she's the chief dentist. I don't recommend her, because anything related to dentistry is already tiring enough.
