I had dental implants done at the Atalya clinic. They overfilled each tooth with implants, didn't use the correct measurements according to the tooth alignment, and used different brands. The problem became apparent when the teeth got old. They are not successful with implants at all. I am not satisfied. I can't find a solution for my teeth at any other clinic I go to. I do not forgive them.
Approximately a month ago, I had a wisdom tooth extraction performed by Dr. Recep Gürkan Hacıoğlu. ATTENTION!!! ATTENTION!!!! Be careful with these people; they set their own prices, then deny the price they quoted, and try to make up ridiculous excuses. They don't even know the appointment dates! They lost out on 150,000 TL in profit just to charge 1500 TL more.

For subsequent appointments, we were lucky enough to arrive 15-20 minutes late. *One of the treatments was an aesthetic filling for a broken front tooth. The filling broke twice, and they only managed to fix it on the third attempt. *The final and biggest mistake was that almost a month after placing the zirconium crown I requested on my implant, they realized they had used porcelain instead. They kindly offered to replace it if I wanted, or refund my money if I didn't, and told me not to consider it a mistake (I still don't know what I should consider it). I don't know how they will compensate me for the time and trust I lost. I couldn't find anyone without fault, from the lab manager to the dentist who fitted the teeth, and to those who charged for the porcelain crowns and zirconium. They have no follow-up whatsoever; we wouldn't recommend them to anyone, absolutely stay away. We had treatment with Dr. Gürkan, and while we were very satisfied with him, I want to share the problems we experienced with organization and communication. *The biggest problem was being kept waiting at every appointment. After waiting for 2 hours on the first day, when they scheduled another patient between our appointments, the patient reception staff argued with us in a very unpleasant manner. For subsequent appointments, we were lucky to arrive 15-20 minutes late.
