I am a doctor myself and have been practicing medicine for 40 years. I have never experienced such professional treatment, punctuality, cleanliness, and friendliness. The treatment started on Monday and was finished on Saturday afternoon. In Europe, something like that takes half a year. Many thanks to the entire team. Paul Hancik

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Stay clear of this company. They gave me no communication whatsoever. I kept asking for details of what was happening and where they would put us up in hotel. All they kept saying was it's all arranged. So comes to flying out to Turkey and I was a bit worried to say the least as we had nothing from them. up. No hotel name nothing. Even a local gentleman at the airport looked at all the cards with names all around the airport and we were not on any of them. Tried calling with no answer. Tried to WhatsApp and again no answer. The lovely gentleman made a few calls and managed to find a way to see another dentist. Bearing in mind this was at 10.30pm. I ended up going with this other dentist who put us up in a lovely hotel and done the work that I needed done. No compensation from ozdemir. Tried what app me the next day to say the driver was there but I wasn't. Very upset about this. They are quick enough to take your deposit but no communication after that and definitely no transfer from the airport. Avoid at any cost. I could say more but I will leave it there. If I could give zoro stars I would have. As to your reply I can assure you there was no transfer at the airport. The closest on was an Andrew McLean but wasn't with your dental centre. How could you have tried to call 2 different numbers as I only have one. I had no missed calls from you on that night only the next day. By that time I had no choice but to try and arrange something else. Why would I lie when I had already paid you a deposit. It's me that's been out of pocket through this horrendous ordeal. Yes you called the next day but that's unacceptable. Why wasn't I told the hotel and since there was no one at the airport I could have made my own way to the hotel. The whole experience wast just a nightmare from start to finish. You need to have more communication with your clients as the way you are doing it is totally unacceptable for a so called professional dental Centre.

Your airport transfer was arranged immediately after we received your flight ticket, and our driver was indeed present at Antalya Airport at the scheduled time, waiting for you with a sign. When we couldn’t locate you, our team attempted to reach you via two different phone numbers, and we still have the call and message records available as proof. Also, when we were trying to reach you, driver was also waiting and he waited for 2 hours. Despite our multiple efforts, we were unfortunately unable to get a response from you at that time. The following day, our staff got in touch with you again and tried to resolve the situation. However, you had already made a clear decision not to proceed further with us. At that point, there was little more we could do, although we genuinely regret how things turned out. Please understand that our team fulfilled all their responsibilities regarding your booking and arrival. We sincerely wish the outcome had been different, but we respect your choice. The staff, from the receptionists Anna and Fariz to the assistants, are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, making my stay as comfortable as possible. My special and deepest gratitude goes to the surgeon, Dr. Yusuf. The sinus lift and implant procedure were virtually painless and quick. I was provided with all the medications for a speedy healing. The installation is performed by Dr. Zeynep, whose skill I especially appreciate. Dr. Zeynep has a very gentle touch, and as a result, I have excellent teeth again and a positive attitude. The very attentive Fariz translated for me at every stage, and I had no problems communicating with the doctors. The clinic also has translators for other languages, such as Czech and English. The transfers from the airport to the hotel, from the hotel to the clinic, and back were also top-notch. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic, staffed by true professionals.

The best dentist clinic I ever experienced and I am 70 years old and been attending many clinics during my time. Very professional approach and fast with very short waiting time. and removed the crown but instead they asked me to consult my UK dentist first so they are very considerable in their approach. When asked for the costs they said all was free and gave me a prescription for antibiotics & painkillers. The pharmacy is just 25 meters from the clinic which made it very easy. I can highly recommend this clinic as very honest and professional people!
If you're going to be taking people in 40 minutes after their appointment time, you need to let them know.

They solved my long-standing dental problem with utmost care and at a reasonable price. I would like to thank Anna and Sude, who work at the reception, and especially Dentist Adem and nurse Nisa. They eliminated my fear of dentists after all these years and did a wonderful job.
