I DO NOT RECOMMEND! The prices are high, but the clinic's attitude is irresponsible. By going to the clinic, I wasted about 2,014 gel (~$750) and developed problems that I had to resolve at other dental clinics. or some reason began treating five teeth simultaneously, and then said they wouldn't have time to finish the work, and three of the five untreated teeth were my problem. After I left, the consequences of the treatment came to light. During the review of my situation, the clinic initially chose a false position by distorting the facts. Many issues were resolved through correspondence with the doctor, so the distortion of facts was easily refuted with screenshots and audio from our correspondence with the doctor. Ultimately, the clinic repeatedly revised its position, choosing a new version of how to distort the situation, but never took any responsibility. It's astonishing that instead of examining this situation, acknowledging its ugliness, and drawing conclusions to prevent a similar experience from happening to other clients, the clinic is distorting the facts. I had dental treatment from spring to June. I had to leave, which I had warned the doctor about several times. Dr. Shota Kopadze, for some reason, started treating five teeth simultaneously instead of completing them one by one and keeping them on schedule. Three molars had flat fillings placed under onlays, but the clinic didn't have time to complete the onlays. Before leaving, I went to another clinic to have the three onlays completed. They recommended not installing onlays, but simply remaking the flat fillings with ridged ones. The argument of "thin walls" in teeth with a living nerve was considered a very inappropriate reason for installing onlays and filing down the tops of my own teeth. In the end, I paid twice for the same treatment at different clinics – 750 gel (~$280). Regarding uncoordinated treatment and improper consultations: I had an implant in place for six years without complaints. The doctor noticed it was loose and in May suggested tightening it, saying he'd drilled it well and could keep the old crown. At the next visit, he started working on the tooth, trimmed the gum, and replaced the implant parts—all of which took a long time and cost 1,277 gel (~$475). How, from this phrase, "We drilled it well, we're keeping the crown," the doctor then decided to "replace everything related to the implant" at the next visit remains a mystery to me. A month after leaving, I couldn't eat properly. When I wrote to the doctor and sent him a photo, he didn't ask what the pain was or what it was like, but simply said, "The implant is fine, the problem is in the adjacent tooth." That's a pretty good consultation. In fact, the problem was with my malocclusion, and the implant was under a lot of stress, causing my gums to recede and sensitivity to develop. I also asked the doctor why my gums had receded under the implant if the problem was with the adjacent tooth. His brilliant answer was: "I left you that gap during treatment." My gums had receded not only under the implant, but also on two teeth on the right. What's strange is that I occasionally experience sensitivity under the implant, the cause of which is unclear. Bottom line: a tooth that hadn't bothered me, according to the doctor, simply required an implant adjustment. Now, the gums on both sides have receded (this won't recover), and judging by the occasional sensitivity, there are still consequences. I paid about $475 for this. Now this tooth can be redone again. I've reconsidered my trust.

Regarding fillings: We don't provide flat fillings as a finished product. This is a standard preparation for an inlay/onlay when the tooth is significantly damaged. We use modern protocols: if the damage is more than 50%, an inlay is recommended. Your images indeed showed thin walls, which confirms the necessity of this approach.
