I cannot recommend Dr. Henni highly enough. She got me in immediately and gave me one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. I had a clean and polish done, and she also carefully removed a small broken piece of composite filling that had become lodged between my teeth and into my gum that was causing me severe discomfort. l trauma, and Dr. Henni was unbelievably kind, patient, and gentle throughout the entire appointment. She listened to my concerns, explained everything she was doing step by step, and made me feel completely comfortable and safe the whole time. I’m American, now living in Australia, and I’ve seen dentists in multiple countries around the world — and Dr. Henni is honestly one of the best I’ve ever been to. She was fast, efficient, extremely gentle, and never once tried to upsell me on unnecessary treatments or products. The entire visit only cost 400k Rupiah, which was incredible value for the level of care I received. I will absolutely be returning whenever I’m in Bali. Could not recommend her more highly.

Not long after, the same guy came out and said the doctor was rushing to Sanur, so he couldn't see me. Then he said, "How unusual are you being polite?" I said, "What do you mean? "No, I'm Chinese. Are you Chinese?" "What do you mean?" "I'm Chinese. You're from China." I was shocked and wanted to get angry, but I held myself back. "Don't come to the clinic again," he said, "and throw me out." He said that two or three times on the door, and I don't know what this guy did. Thank God I was patient, otherwise, something bad would have happened there. He claimed to be the owner, and he's definitely racist. The question is, what did I have to do with him going there and using Chinese words? This guy threw me out repeatedly. I think he needs some attitude school. It's completely irrelevant and out of context. I've met the same person several times. This was my first time meeting him. I'd just spoken to him, but he suddenly opened the door and gestured for me to get out. I recorded it, and I told him, "Don't worry, there are still some behaviors I don't want to do. That's clearly punishable by the law."

While in Bali, I had a painful wisdom tooth extracted. The dentist was very gentle and clear. She took her time explaining her diagnosis and each step of the procedure. I didn't feel a thing. The price was very reasonable too. A truly great place.
