A staff member named Muazzez shouted loudly at me, using phrases like, "How many times do I have to make plans?" and "I can't deal with you," and then went to another patient, saying she wouldn't attend to me. I will file a complaint with CİMER (Turkish Presidential Complaint Center) against this woman and the establishment.
Everyone at the Bozyaka branch was very helpful and professional; I thank them all individually. I recommend Yeşilyurt Dental to everyone.

The representative on the phone, without listening to the situation, responded, "We call you to schedule an appointment; you don't need to call." When we explained that we hadn't received a call after weeks, the lady in charge was forced to hang up. This attitude is unacceptable in terms of corporate communication and patient satisfaction. Institutional Change and Decline in Quality: The clinic has changed hands three times recently, and unfortunately, the entire staff (including the employees) has changed. Despite being a clinic where we have been receiving treatment for years, we are completely dissatisfied with the current quality of service and the attentiveness of the new staff. Lack of Patient Tracking and Organization: The clinic's systems are severely flawed. Even patient information isn't being fully recorded on the computer, and we, as patients, are forced to do the necessary work (informing/following up for dental measurements). Although the clinic was informed that dental measurements would be taken, we still haven't been informed. Conclusion and Recommendation: After my wife's implant treatment is complete, we will not be returning to this clinic. This experience clearly demonstrates the clinic's poor organizational and patient follow-up skills. Recommendation: To avoid being victimized by your own money, I absolutely do not recommend this dental clinic. This Note was updated on October 27, 2025. Rest assured, most of the comments are fake. I've been calling for 25 minutes and they're not answering. My wife also called before me, and again, no one answered the phone. It's very strange.
