As you stated, you are not our patient. Here you are merely supporting a smear campaign. Perhaps you have never been to our clinic and you don't know us or our team. You don't know our working style. Like in a game of telephone, some information is coming to you incorrectly, and then you are relaying it incorrectly. At least for the sake of consistency, you can read and listen to your relative's statements. You can also learn how the process works from the response we wrote there and added here.
If you want to waste your money and be humiliated, you can choose this. I had 3 root canals and 2 fillings done, and my tooth still hurts. I sent my mother here to get her teeth fixed, but they give a different price than the one we agreed on later. They only take cash payment and don't issue invoices. If you transfer money to their account, they charge a higher price.

While we doubt it, if you are experiencing ongoing pain, as with all our patients, we stand behind the treatments we provide and will do whatever is necessary using the possibilities of modern medicine. If there are treatment requests beyond the plan recommended for your mother, the procedures and the number of teeth to be treated may change, and the price will vary accordingly. Our fee schedule is quite reasonable and fixed, and since you are attempting to deduct from the determined fee, it appears that we are asking for more than we are entitled to. Your account has been closed and your invoice issued since you indicated that you would not be continuing with the remaining treatments.

Yamaç Dental is a perfect clinic with its staff and doctors. They are friendly and do their best to provide service to patients until 24 hours a day on weekends.
