His calm and clear manner complements his precise attention to detail. No question (and I asked many) went unanswered; he handled my treatment plan and dental implants so effortlessly that any concerns or worries I had were nonexistent. Dr. Mert prepared my crowns to a Hollywood celebrity standard, something some people in the US pay over $50,000 for. Nothing was a problem; every little detail was handled with care and attention, similar to a luxury watchmaker in Switzerland. Shireen was my client coordinator and is such a caring person. From the first moment we connected via her patient WhatsApp, she organized everything perfectly. Önder, who helped on several occasions, is a true professional and knows Antalya and all the great places to visit very well. He was always there to explain things clearly. The entire team, from the photographer to the nurses to the ladies who clean, is so friendly. The brand-new Mercedes chauffeur-driven luxury minibus is stunning, traveling to and from your pre-booked hotel and often taking you somewhere to see the sights once your dental work is complete. In Germany, dental treatments are so expensive and often not as high-quality as people think. If you give this clinic the opportunity, you will not only save thousands of euros, but you will also be satisfied with the finished results, smile from ear to ear every day, have a wonderful time in beautiful Antalya, and feel like you've made new friends with the fantastic team. Coming from Canada, I wasn’t sure how dental procedures here would compare with North American standards, but I can honestly say the care I received exceeded what I’m used to in Toronto. The clinic uses state-of-the-art technology and delivers results that, in Canada, would cost tens of thousands of dollars. Nihat, was there the whole time, supporting and translating everything so I didn't feel any discomfort from not knowing the language. The doctors are professionals who love their work. Omer did a fantastic job, working for four hours straight. Dr. Hussein kept the entire process under control, and I'm especially grateful for his golden hands. I've never had injections like this before. I didn't feel a drop of pain during the implant placement, and even the anesthesia was completely painless. Reyhan is simply beautiful, a true professional, and has such positive energy that I bombarded her with hugs when I left for my last visit. I used to have a phobia of dentists—not just fear, but a real phobia, to the point of fainting and hysteria. I am an extreamly nervous dental patient and would encourage anyone similar to come here as they dealt with all my fears without me feeling any of the usual embarrassment that I have had in the past. I also need to mention Shireen who organises everything along the way who makes the whole process move along seamlessly.
