i did a great job. I chose zirconia for durability, and the shape and color look natural. Definitely an upgrade, and she's definitely an artist (along with her team). I chose this clinic because I was impressed by the many good reviews, and also all the latest technology they use including digital scanners to map the shape of your mouth. They're just a 10 minute walk from the border or they can pick you up there. The clinic is in a brand new medical tower called New City, it's modern and very clean. The people at the clinic are incredibly nice and helpful, too. I definitely recommend them!

I was informed by one of the receptionists that I could come in at 10 AM for my deep cleaning & whitening so I showed up at 9:45 to check in and do some paperwork. When I arrived, I was the only person in the lobby and was able to begin the radiology scans before the actual procedure. While I was receiving my second dose of radiation, the power went out. I was asked to return to the lobby while they wait for the power to return so I obliged. Sat in the lobby waiting for over an hour while it piled up with over a dozen other patients having to hear a repetitive beeping sound from an alarm in the lobby the entire time. We were told that the power would be coming back shortly but it never did while I was there. After more time, one of the people in charge called some cars to take us to another nearby sister facility (Zona Rio) where they would finally do the procedures. Cars took some time to arrive but eventually they did. I was able to sit in the first vehicle as I was a solo rider and made it to the other facility about 10 minutes away with 2 other patients. Upon arriving, the first facility didn't give the new one our paperwork so despite being the first person there and the earliest appointment of the day, I had to go last after the paperwork was submitted again. Was also informed by the receptionist at the new location that the power returned at the main building soon after we left so the other cars never met up with us as they did not have to. Lucky them. Eventually, I was received in the office and they began my treatment after having to be exposed to radiation again(I hope I'm okay). Some of the equipment wasn't working properly and they didn't have enough goggles so I had to wait a bit longer while they sorted that out. The workers at the new spot kept referring to me by someone else's name throughout 80% of my time there even AFTER I corrected them the first time. Finally got my deep clean but never received the whitening. I was escorted back to the lobby where I was charged $80 for the cleaning although I was offered and agreed to their "deep clean special" which included whitening for $100 over the phone and via email. I'm sure the power outage isn't a common occurrence but the way the staff communicated amongst each other and with us and handled just about everything else was subpar. I finally left the second facility around 2PM so I sat through 4 hours to receive half of what I had set to do. Speaking about subpar communication, I received a call today from the same receptionist that took me in yesterday asking why I didn't show up to my appointment.... I had several plans for the day but it was cut short due to the prolonged sitting around and waiting. I'm sure my experience is an outlier of how they typically perform but I just can't recommend them after the poor experience I had. Last thing, I'm unsure how long it takes but I've yet to receive the evaluation from my x-rays and CBCT scan.

One of the biggest advantages of this clinic is that all types of dental specialists are available in-house, so there’s no need to schedule multiple appointments and wait weeks for treatment. Upon arrival, the friendly front desk staff greeted me warmly. The check-in process was smooth, with forms filled out quickly, and they took my X-rays right away. I had my wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Alonso, assisted by Sayra, and they were both incredibly professional, attentive, and gentle. The extraction was as painless as possible, and I felt well taken care of throughout the entire procedure. To my surprise, the final cost for the extraction was even lower than initially quoted—about half the price of what I would have paid in Orange County! Overall, I’m extremely impressed with the level of care, affordability, and convenience at XDentistry. I’ll definitely be coming back for my future dental needs. Highly recommend!

y checked me in took my x-rays in the same location and then took me to another floor where their analysis of my teeth. The orthodontist there didn't really seem to know exactly why I was there and at the end when they were quoting me the person, who by the way spoke English very well, was quoting me for the completely wrong things which he did correct quickly after I had noticed. The 2nd thing that I did not like was much more SERIOUS. When I called I told them that I was interested in 2 things: braces, and getting my wisdom teeth checked out by an Surgen. I didn't mentions wisdom teeth part right away but when I did they said it would be no problem and that we would change the date to another date bc they needed to schedule with the surgen to come in. When the day came I went in and the surgen was not there. None of them seemed to think that that was a problem but it was for me bc I specifically asked for that. I brought it up and they told me he'd probably be here soon. Then I asked for his name which they didn't know and had to get back to me. It became clear that he wasn't scheduled to come and eventually they told as such. Here is the more IMPORTANT PART: They said they would send him pictures of my X-Ray which is all that he needed. Then they told me that the Maxilofacial Surgen had gotten back to them and strongly recommended not to touch them at all bc of how high risk they were. Additionally according to them he said that I should leave them in and if they, which they likely were to, ruin my molars that those molars could be removed and them implants could be inserted and leave the impacted molars in there forever. I felt good about this bc the risk of removing them was loosing or altering my feeling/sensation in my bottom lips to cheeks Permanently. Still the only specialist I had seen up to that point said they NEED to be removed ASAP so I saw another Maxilofacial surgen in the same building who was horrified at that recommendation and told me whoever gave me that recommendation was probably not a real doctor. Then my appointment with another great Maxilofacial Surgen, but this time in the USA, came up and told me again that they needed to be removed and that the recommendations I got from X-Dentistry did not make any sense and only significantly increased the chances of complications on what was already a pretty bad case. X-dentistry may have actually contacted a Maxilofacial surgen but I don't know. All I know is that they relayed/gave me recommendations that 3 Specialist told me face to face was foolish on a sensitive and time urgent case which could result in my loose or altering of sensation in my lower lips and cheeks. I want to stress that this was my PERSONAL experience and my rating reflects just that. I say this bc in the lobby I meet other people who really liked the place and I see they have many good reviews. The quote they have me for braces was within 1k of what I was quoted for in San Diego. That seemed to be bc they gave me a much longer treatment period. I'm not sure who is right here. They also drove me from the border to them which was great. But to go back was a total mess. I will say we had some fault in this. They told us we would need to wait ~15/20 minutes so we went to go eat tacos right across the street. ~7 minutes later they called & we told them & they said no problem they'd call us for the next round. When they called us we went but the driver wasn't there. We waited & over the next 30 mins we called a couple times and they told use she was just about to arrive. Eventually we left on our own.
