Very unpleasant experience. I came to have a tooth photographed after the installation of an implant, and the employee who received me was rude and without any understanding. When trying to take a picture, he put a plate in my mouth that caused a cough and choking reflex. Instead of reacting immediately and helping me, he let me cough without saying a word, which created additional stress for me. When we tried again, the situation repeated itself - I had the same reaction again. Instead of showing a little empathy or trying to calm the situation, he rudely replied that "we can't do it like that, we won't photograph the tooth like that" as if I was deliberately provoking my reactions. As a patient, I expect a minimum of understanding and patience, especially when it comes to unpleasant or challenging procedures. This was completely absent here. I do not recommend X-Dent to anyone looking for a professional and human approach.

We have such patients every day and we try to make the scan as easy as we can for them. The employee also offered you a glass of water to cool and refresh the area being scanned, and you accepted it.
