was treated with the utmost of care and attentiveness, and every step was explained in great detail to me. They were very focussed on my comfort, And the results of my dental work were amazing! The front tooth that I had replaced looks natural, and the cost was much much lower than I would’ve paid in Canada. Not only would I recommend Whiteline Dental to anyone wanting a wonderfully positive dental experience, but I encouraged a friend of mine to take his teenage son to the same clinic to have the extensive work done that he needed following a bicycle accident that knocked out his front tooth. Prior to heading to Merida for the work, Dr. Guillermo at Whiteline Dental Facilitated several video calls (free!) with my friend and I to discuss the case, to ensure that we understood exactly what procedures would be necessary and what the outcome would look like. Once again, Whiteline Dental did not disappoint. We travelled to Merida with my friend’s son in mid-July, and he had several procedures completed over the next two weeks. The final result is thrillingly perfect! I would recommend this dental clinic to absolutely anyone who would like to have the best dental experience of their lives.

Best teeth cleaning every time! I visit family twice a year and always get my teeth cleaned at Whiteline. I’ve had 2 cavities at the gum line filled and there was no pain or discomfort. Everyone is super friendly and although they speak English, I like to practice my Spanish while there and they are patient and helpful.

I'd like to only leave a positive review but that would be dishonest. I had a 50/50 experience at Whiteline. One tooth they worked on turned out fabulous. The other, an extraction turned out horribly. I have now pulled out 4 pieces of tooth fragments (he broke the tooth during extraction) even after they x-rayed after the first piece came out and told me it was fine. He also broke the…

Hi Karen, good afternoon. We totally understand your point of view, we would just like to mention a couple of things about your case. Like everything in the medical area there can be complications during the procedures and some of them are more complex than others. During the extraction, the tooth was very destroyed so we had to divide it (not break it), which is a standard procedure to pull it easier and to not waste time. We have your x-rays and like we said the area looked like it was healing. The time and the way every patient heals is very different and it's also related to how complex the surgery was, that's why we ask the patients to stay at least 15 days after the surgical procedure so we can check up on them and see the evolution. We're sorry about your experience with the filling that you had and we fixed it without any charge before you left. After every procedure we always make sure how the patient is feeling so we make follow ups and before your departure you told us that everything was fine with the filling that was fixed. So if at some point it broke again we'll be more than glad to fix it again without any cost when you want to come back. Regards and have a great weekend!

insurance. I had lived in Yucatan for 10 years and knew the dentistry was good and more affordable. My first impression of Whiteline was that it was very clean, bright, and professional looking. Dr Eduardo and his staff were very kind, reassuring, and accomodating. They told me I would need a 3-step procedure. First a root canal, then build up the broken tooth, and finally a porcelain crown. Dr Eduardo is a root canal specialist. My root canal with him was much faster and less painful than one I'd had 10 years previously! Whiteline brought in another specialist to do the build up and crown. It was excellent service, like the root canal. Also, it was nice to have all the work done at this same location, rather than traveling to another office! The whole process took 3 weeks. This included the initial consultation. It was necessary to wait for 1 week after the root canal for healing. And it took a week to manufacture the crown. The entire 3-week process was handled professionally. The team always communicated with me during each step (thru Whatsapp) and even before and after, when I was in the US. They were so nice and fun and their work was great. I even went to a dentist in San Francisco recently for a check up and they were admiring the work, both the crown and the root canal (which they saw in the x-ray)!
