This is a wonderful dental practice. This was my first trip to Merida. While there, I went to Whiteline Dental for a cleaning. Although they discovered that my old amalgam fillings were leaking mercury, they were able to quickly assess the situation and completed the removal and restoration in a few weeks time. examine the tooth, see the areas of the filling that had fallen out, and reassure me thet the integrity of the tooth and existing filling were sufficient without any significant further intervention. Dr Luis gave me advice on what to watch for on that tooth in future, explained the cause and presented no pressure options for more extensive work if I wanted to pursue them. I would not hesistate to recommend this office or visit them again.

I wanted to go because I read good reviews, but the fact that they wouldn't let me reschedule my appointment speaks volumes about the quality of service and their lack of empathy. Very poor customer service.

Kind and quick work, I had a general cleaning and questions about my fillings. Felt good that the dentist explained the state of my teeth and assured me I didn’t need extra work for the time being. I will definitely make appointments here again for dental work. Reasonable prices, much better than the States.

Went here for a consultation, and walked out. I was barely greeted with a simple “buenas” and they told me to sit down while all three workers sat on their phones, watching tiktok out loud. l establishment. I really cannot believe this is a medical facility; seems more like a McDonalds. The fact that that was a DOCTOR was sitting on the couch with her finger in her mouth watching tiktoks 🤢. They are clearly upset by my transparent review; I wish they woud have taken the same amount of care attending to me AND my partner as they did in responding. Maybe then they wouldn’t have lost 40,000 pesos of business. Americans, take your business to the north of Merida.

Good afternoon, Emily. Thank you for your review, but we would like to share our side of the story. First, your appointment was at 5:30. You arrived at 5:15 and left at 5:25. We politely asked you to please wait while the doctors prepared to see you. Second, you did not ask our permission to record a video of our staff. The doctor you recorded was waiting for another patient, as we have other patients to attend to besides you. She has every right to use her phone while she waits. Third, you lied to us about having a personal emergency and then left. We find this unethical, as we reserved the space for you and your partner, and your departure freed up two slots that we could have used for other patients, as we fortunately have quite a few. Finally, we have recordings from every area. Our staff greeted you courteously upon your arrival and asked you to wait while everything was being prepared for you. So you lied a second time. Therefore, we believe it's rude to waste people's time just to leave bad reviews. We hope you can find a solution for your dental situation. Best regards!

r lay for a broken tooth and the removal of amalgam fillings) and their pricing was comparable to other dentists in the area. The specialist I worked with (Leon) was so communicative and gentle during my visit it helped me so much as I get a tad anxious in the dentist chair. The work was quick, painless and I was back on my trip enjoying Mérida in no time. Would 100% work with WHITELINE again if I need any more dental work.
