. William is one the best and gentle doctor, attending to my questions, concerns every time and providing good solutions! Minimal waiting time for normal monthly braces check up (usually within 5 mins), unless you're late or sometimes when they have a delayed treatment prior to your appointment, but I feel a maximum of 15-30 mins waiting time is reasonable for me. Overall, very satisfied with the services here. Keep up the good work and thank you very much doctors & nurses especially the friendly receptionists Irynn and Sasi!

Had scaling and polishing done by Dr Mark. Very friendly and professional - explained everything clearly. Price was also very reasonable

I had quite the pleasant experience here for an initial assessment of Invisible Braces. Dr. Tan was informative, polite and straight to the point. The receptionist was pretty helpful too. Appointment was also punctual. 3pm on a Sunday. Overall, would probably return here if it's nearer to my house. But unfortunately it's located in Bukit Bintang area.
I know there is some good doctor but my doctor here was terrible. She was always chatting with other staffs during the treatment and she burnt my lip by leser. She was just laughing and said ''oh that's the lip ahahaha'' (After some treatment I never see her again, so assume she left or got fired) In charge of the front lady almost charged twice of the bill by careless mistake. experiences here were not great at all unfortunately. I got the last retainer here after all treatment done, but it was broken after 2 month and I visited the other dentist with the broken retainer. The doctor said, the retainer wasn't proper and should've been made much tick. I paid total around RM20,000 here it's not worth.

Disappointed - the 2 ladies who booked my dental cleaning appointment about 10 days ago were very nice, but there was a different receptionist today. n for my 10:30 AM appointment. While I was waiting, a male and a female staff member kept going back-and-forth from the reception area to the patient area, yet none of them spoke to any of us (3 others were waiting to be seen). I finally gave up and went to tell the receptionist that it’s unprofessional to let customers wait 20 minutes past their appointment time and no staff member bothered to come to say anything, such as, “Sorry, we are running behind. We’ll start with you in about 20 minutes.” With zero communication from staff, how am I supposed to know if they’re going to see me in the next 10 minutes or will I need to wait another half hour or longer? Whoever is the manager or owner of this dental clinic needs to better train staff/receptionist to be more customer service oriented, especially when you are not seeing patients within 15 minutes of their appointment time. Also, maybe stop over booking customers. When I was there, some 4-5 of us were waiting in the small hallway and it’s obvious you over booked so everyone will not be seen until probably +30 minutes after their scheduled appointment time. Wasted my time coming here this morning.

Just finished my 3 years treatment of self-ligating braces. Dr Linda is nice and professional. The staffs are friendly.
Travelling from Australia and my permanent retainer broke. Fixed in a timely matter at a good price! Definitely recommend
A very good clinic, the doctor was extremely patient, the tooth extraction was completely painless, and the fees were reasonable.
I had a severe toothache and I could only come after work , was seen by Dr Winnie despite near closing time and she did not rush things at all, she ensured everything was explained well and provided all options and I chose to save my tooth instead of pulling it out…now I have no pain thank you so much dr and staff nurse

During your recent visit, you presented with a dislodged bracket on the lower arch. While attempting to rebond it, the doctor faced difficulty in removing the wire due to significant tartar buildup accumulated over time. As a result, scaling was necessary before any proper adjustment could be made. The doctor mentioned that the scaling procedure could be done at any clinic of your choice including government clinics was solely to offer more affordable alternatives, not as a personal judgment. The doctors and nurses here are very good, friendly, and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. The clinic has a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff are always attentive and caring. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality dental care.
