The receptionist is very helpful. My appointment ran very smoothly thanks to her, and she sorted out my health insurance before I arrived. Her communication was excellent. It greatly improved my overall experience and it was A LOT better organised than last year. Make sure you keep her! The dentist was quite good.
Horrible. The dentist did not detect an early infection until the following appointnent the dentist did not even looked inside my mouth and just took X-Rays (my tooth was black so she would have seen it). She was arguing with the orthodontist about my case and a dentist was taking her break in the stairs. The staff was confused with the x-ray machine and finally I lost my tooth, got quite a bad…

She is one the doctor with everything she has to know as best doctor world-class, includes skills, knowledge, kindness, and caring patient. More above all, she has a highly good sense along with her ability. This is genuine. Also she is throughly doing her job. I am very satisfied with my teeth job and process that she conducted. I appreciate her. I am willing to recommend her and Westcoast to my friends and business people. Already I did. They cannot distinguish which one is the dental teeth or natural teeth at all. Thanks!
Excellent experience. I was apprehensive about finding a new dentist I could trust. So I was very relieved with the professional, modern, clean, well executed, reasonably priced and friendly experience I had at Westcoast in Thao Dien. Definitely recommend to others.

because it would be very painful. I have also experienced 1 extraction at a Vietnamese clinic. piercing pain. When I entered the room, Dr. Juan reassured me quite well. He said that I can stop at any moment. but I seemed to be overly worried. Dr. Juan took his teeth out without my knowledge. I don't feel any pain or discomfort. After that, Dr. Juan advised me to be very careful. Everything he did to makes me feel relieved. Dr. Juan is a good, friendly and careful doctor. And everything in Westcoast makes me happy.
Always a pleasant experience visiting West Coast Thao Dien. In my recent visit, Dr Adrian was very professional and friendly. His advice was clearly explained and the service was efficient and painless.

Dr Andrew, Dr Juan and all the front office staff and dental assistants are very professional and extremely detailed and caring in their work. Everyone speaks excellent English and I am extremely satisfied with my implants. I can highly recommend Westcoast International Dental Clinic as a world class and highly cost effective solution to your dental issues whilst in HCMC.
I got a composite filling in one of my front teeth replaced here, and they did a fantastic job! They were able to get me in quickly, and they made sure that I was comfortable and knew what was going on throughout the entire procedure. The tooth looked beautiful at the end (even better than it did when I originally had it fixed in Denmark), and I couldn’t have been happier with the service!

I don’t recommend if you have a complex or complicated dental issue. Maybe they are good if you visit them for a very very obvious issue, Otherwise NO. ly identified the problem, actually my daughter was having a Dental Abscess, and the big mistake in Westcoast Clinic was filling my daughter’s tooth by a permanent filling without any clue about the Abscess. The Dentist should has kept that tooth opened till the Abscess goes out and the treatment had to take a long time with many sessions then to fill that tooth permanently. Note: 30 minutes one session in Westcoast Clinic costed me 320 USD. Canal root treatment and costed my daughter 2 days more of high fever and a lot of pain.!! And The Long story is : My 8 years old daughter got high temperature fever without any other symptoms except a pain in her tooth with a cavity. As always we wait 48 hours to see if the temperature continues or not, unfortunately it started to increase with more pain in her tooth. I explained that to the Dentist( who was kind honestly) he said he is not sure about the high temperature but he thinks it is due to the bacteria and the cavity of that affected tooth, anyways he treated the canal root and filled the tooth by permanent filling , he said after all that I should consult a pediatric to eliminate any other issues regarding her high temperature. So far everything seems fine and professional to me. The Pediatric checked her and he said she is fine, BUT the high temperature still there, WHICH IS NOT NORMAL NOW AFTER 72 HOURS, AND PARTICULARLY WE FOUND NOTHING ABNORMAL WITH HER BODY.!!!!! Apparently the issue now is coming from her teeth 100% (but i am not a Dentist to confirm that) so i called the Clinic to talk to the Dentist at evening and kindly he communicated with me on his personal phone number, i sent him a photo of my daughter teeth with the gum just next to that tooth which has been treated was bleeding and there were an obvious blue color. My concern now is the fever and the gum bleeding and i urged him to tell me something about that but there was an ambiguity in his answers, i was asking him more questions to push him to give me a certain and assured answers but he didn’t. After all, my opinion is that they don’t have enough experience in a complex dental care.

I rarely visit dental clinic unless I really have to. Since wisdom teeth have been bugging me for a few weeks, I decided to get extraction here (2 at one time, one sided). Healed pretty well after a couple days. The service was very pleasing and professional. Highly recommended folks!
Dr Ha is wonderful, very professional, kind and gentle. She took the time to carefully explain my options and was very reassuring throughout the procedure (wisdom tooth extraction) and followed up after to check I was OK. I highly recommend Dr Ha, she is easily the best dentist I have ever seen.
Modern clean clinic in District 2. Receptionists are responsive and friendly and speak excellent English. Dr Juan, who treated me is a skilled professional explaining the treatment plan clearly. His manner is calm and gentle which was great as I was very nervous with a very complicated root canal treatment. Highly recommend.
