Thank you so much for your excellent treatment, your kindness, and especially for your impressive resume, which sets you apart from any other therapist in Polanco and the entire country. You are the best expert in couples, family, gender violence, anxiety, and depression. I'm leaving with a new version of myself, something I thought was impossible.
Excellent care, I have made a lot of emotional progress and the anxiety I had decreased sooner than I expected, thanks to the therapy I am receiving.

Excellent attention and follow-up on treatments; for example, my Invisalign Perfecto has changed me a lot, and I loved all the guidance from the team.
The location is super central and easily accessible, it made everything so much easier!
I got my teeth cleaned here and I was impressed by the technology. I was able to see all the details, and they took pictures and created a video to see what would be possible if I decide to do Invisalign. Everyone was very kind and explained thoroughly - overall great experience!

I requested an appointment with endocrinologist Carlos Cuevas, whom I didn't know. He told me via WhatsApp that I would need to have some tests done. November, and I understand that the results are only valid for three months. It's absurd to send you for tests for an appointment so far in advance. Anyway, I accepted an appointment they gave me on January 10th, but they demanded a 1500 peso deposit, and if I didn't show up, I would lose the deposit. Of course, I refused. I think PROFECO (the Mexican consumer protection agency) should investigate these kinds of businesses—medical practices run by mercenaries of the healthcare system. This practice could become normalized, and that's not right.

Doctors change all the time, and there's no way to keep track of the diagnosis or the patients we have. Every year, I see a new orthodontist and dentist. I started in 2022.
