I decided to take a chance. This place was recommended to me by a friend who works as a receptionist (Kasia, best regards) as a very professional and top-notch place. I've had three visits here (so far ;) ). The first was a consultation regarding possible root canal treatment. No one had ever explained my situation and treatment to me so thoroughly. That was the first positive surprise. Then came dental hygiene and more information and treatment options for my specific situation. I was truly surprised that someone explained everything to me so competently, professionally, and objectively, and devoted so much time to me... Unexpectedly, just before my vacation, a familiar pain returned; we last met 15 years ago: the pain of an impacted wisdom tooth growing out, "attacking" the roots of the wisdom tooth. At my appointment with Dr. Żukowska, still full of doubts, I decided to experience this "adventure" at the Warsaw Dental Academy. Was it worth it? It was worth it! Empathy, calm, no pain, a thorough consultation, a wonderful approach from the entire staff, and professionalism. I highly recommend it. On the first day after the extraction, I received a call to check if everything was okay. I've never encountered such a practice in any dental office I've ever been to, and that only reinforced my belief that I'd come to the right place :) I'd also like to thank Ania at the front desk for her tremendous help in finding a quick and convenient appointment and for a conversation that helped calm my panic and help me overcome my fear of the procedure.
