Finally, I accepted that they really couldn't be moved any further. Half a year later, I felt uneasy, so I tried several new clinics. They all agreed that they could actually move her teeth further. The doctor also told me why she had to have her lower molar extracted (she had it removed at this clinic). It wasn't necessary, and she had very few teeth left. Now, I made the mistake of coming here. But that's in the past, and I'm just telling anyone considering getting braces here to think about it. While there may be cases where the results are good, my girlfriend's case wasn't perfect. The doctor wasn't attentive and the staff at the counter wasn't polite. In the end, I had to get braces again. I'm so sad, it wasn't cheap. Every time I get braces, I have to explain more. (At first, I was going to just give an honest review of what I experienced, but I had to elaborate because the clinic's response was threatening. My girlfriend was very upset after leaving the clinic that day because the doctor told her it could only go as far as it could. We accepted it. It's like when you go to the doctor and they tell you your teeth can't be any better, you can just say, "Oh, thank you very much," and walk away. But we were confident in this place and got them done, thinking it would be perfect, but it wasn't as perfect as we thought. We were ready to accept this as the best possible fit, but we still wondered if it really could go as far as it could go. So we consulted with the doctor. It turned out it could go even better. So, I'm here to review my actual experience here. It's your right to review your actual experiences at various places on Google Maps, whether good or bad, or whether the place is beautiful or not. The dentist provided excellent care for my teeth, including teeth cleaning and orthodontics. The assistants were also very lovely.
Unfortunately I never made it over here..the clinic changed my appointment multiple times after booking. 5pm, then 6pm, then 1pm, then back to 5pm! I was receiving multiple calls at my place of work to change appointment time with no explanation. In the end, I just cancelled as I didn't feel like my time was being valued, and I was concerned about the competency of the clinic. Very frustrating…
