Excellent place, they serve you very quickly. I didn't have an appointment and they took care of me. They are excellent and very kind. Thank you. They are very nice with children. I recommend them.

Terrible experience, NOT RELIABLE I went to this place in August. The staff weren't very friendly, especially the one who does the scans. She didn't explain anything about what she was going to do; she just told me what to do, and that was it. I brought my doctor's order with instructions from my dentist, which clearly stated that I needed physical scans. In the end, they only gave me the…

he digital ones. Frankly, I thought they would send them to my dentist, but weeks later, when I was about to get my orthodontic treatment, my dentist told me he never received the scans. I contacted them, and they told me they don't do physical scans and that they could charge me 250 pesos to have them scanned. My complaint is that they did NOT follow my dentist's instructions and NEVER told me they didn't do physical scans, even though the order specified that. In short, the solution they offer is to charge me for the drawings; they never apologized for not doing the job properly, and I will have to redo the studies, paying for them again somewhere else.

I went for a panoramic X-ray, and the service was excellent. I made an appointment via WhatsApp. I didn't have to wait; they explained everything I asked. The place is very clean, tidy, and air-conditioned. They sent the results to my cell phone very quickly. Highly recommended 👏🏼👏🏼
