Very positive experience overall. The clinic uses extremely modern technology, the dental work was high quality, and the results look and feel natural. Communication and scheduling can be a bit chaotic, and you need good English, but the doctors are skilled and professional. I’m extremely satisfied with the final result and would recommend this clinic.

ed upon: installation of 10 Straumann implants with bone augmentation and sinus lifting, a preliminary cost calculation was made and a treatment date was set. After the first visit, I was informed about a change in the plan, the need to use 2 zygomatic implants, which was accompanied by an increase in the cost by more than €7,000 (i.e. we are changing two Straumenn implants for two zygomatic implants) and the difference is more than €7,000, the change one day before the treatment was unexpected for me and not financially justified. It was also surprising that I was referred to another medical institution for an X-ray examination (zygomatic bone), which further affected the overall impression of the organization of the process. As a result, I refused treatment at this clinic. Of course, it is a pity to waste time and money on the trip, especially considering that other clinics confirmed the possibility of implementing the initially agreed treatment plan (without zygoma) The change in the agreed treatment plan, the significant increase in cost and the lack of proposed alternatives indicate an insufficient level of transparency and customer-oriented communication with the patient. This is my personal assessment of the situation, and it left a clear feeling of disappointment and loss of trust.
