Dr. Villela was great! He provided emergency care for my son, and he was very informative, attentive, and efficient. I highly recommend him!

I took my son on December 29, 2024, to have a broken tooth restored. The service was not good. I asked for a receipt or received one, but he doesn't respond to WhatsApp messages. Furthermore, it wasn't cheap.

We needed urgent wisdom tooth surgery. I found it online, called, and was promptly attended to. Within 2 hours we were seen and the surgery was performed. Of course, urgent surgical care isn't cheap, but anyone who has suffered from toothache knows what it's like. We highly recommend them and thank them for the prompt service.

Excellent, humane service from beginning to end!! I was very nervous at the start, and the doctor always calmed me down by talking to me, explained the whole procedure, and gave me instructions several times. He's also been super attentive to my recovery!! I highly recommend him!!

I had been in a lot of pain in my gums for a week. I went to the clinic this morning and received excellent care. Dr. Luiz is very attentive and discovered I had an inflammation. He performed a procedure and quickly resolved my problem! I recommend him.

I received excellent care from Dr. Villela. I needed to have a wisdom tooth extracted, and I felt no pain or discomfort whatsoever during the procedure. He's an excellent surgeon, I highly recommend him!

Dr. José Luiz Villela was very attentive, polite, and helpful! I can only thank him for the service and care!! I needed urgent care and he was the only one willing to help. I was seen by Dr. Villela this Sunday. Until now, I hadn't had a very good experience with dentists, but he was very attentive, and this time the experience was much better. I will start my dental treatment with him now.

Terrible service from the start! He scheduled an appointment with me and got confused right away at the first consultation, but I decided to keep trying. Extremely abrupt and rude in his manner. After a long time, I managed to start "solving" the problem, but he spent a good part of the time complaining about the dental insurance plan. our time was spent with him complaining. I asked him to help me with a tooth that was bad and to help me find a solution until the day of the extraction, so that I wouldn't be "toothless" since the tooth was almost falling out. Even though I asked for help to make it last another 5 days, he ended up pulling it out, doing the complete opposite. I was devastated and asked for any kind of solution other than super glue that I would use at home. He was ironic, saying that if it didn't get worse for him later, it was fine! Meanwhile, I was in total and complete despair and left the place in tears. I gave up on treatment with him and will go anywhere as long as it's not with him. A sarcastic man with zero empathy, I wouldn't wish a professional like that on anyone!!!!

Thank you for the feedback, as I don't accept any health insurance plans. I recommend using your health insurance plan with caution; I don't see how it could benefit either the client or the professional.
