I recommend this office 100%. I was seen very quickly after calling about a toothache. The visit itself was very friendly. The doctor approached my problem professionally and didn't sugarcoat it—he spoke matter-of-factly about the situation, which is a very valuable asset. He also provided some valuable advice on maintaining daily oral hygiene. Such service and patient care are rare these days :D

With my extensive dental experience, I've visited several dental practices in Krakow, but Villa Dentica is definitely the best. They're professional and efficient, and everything takes place in a very pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend them 😊 …
I do not recommend the crown I had done there, it was a disaster after a week, crooked teeth, constant inflammation of the gums, money thrown away.

The crowns were installed in June 2017, and in December 2017 you came to the office and another procedure was performed. We haven't heard from you for three years. I highly recommend her. I've been there a few times (treatments, fillings). The oral hygiene treatments solved the problem. Dr. Agata also always gives valuable tips on how to care for your mouth. Dr. Agata is a professional and knows what she's doing.

The plaque cleaning was superficial, the fillings were poorly done, my gums and cheeks were severely scarred after the visit, and the organization was chaotic (my appointment was never recorded in the schedule – I was surprised when I arrived; there was no history of my visits). The price was OK.

Scaling and sandblasting are performed in our office with great care using modern W&H scaler and sandblaster equipment. Regarding the restorations, your review indicates that there were at least several, and all of them were poorly made. It's difficult for me to comment on this criticism. We place great emphasis on the aesthetics of our work, and if a patient reports a problem, it is immediately corrected. Injured gums are a complete surprise, not to mention the cheeks. Such situations don't occur unless you're referring to irritation during scaling during tartar removal. In such cases, gums can bleed, which is a major symptom of inflammation. Organizational chaos: During the eight years of running the practice, the situation of "patient's name missing from the schedule" has perhaps occurred three times. I don't think this has happened to you more than once. When writing negative reviews, please have the courage to introduce yourself not only by your first name. I've been going to Agata since I moved to Krakow :) She's a warm person who knows her stuff. First, she treated all my teeth and then took care of their appearance (I had to get veneers, and now I have front-page celebrity teeth :)). I highly recommend her, and the prices are reasonable!
I'm impressed with Dr. Agata's professionalism. She replaced a crumbling filling in my first tooth (in my first tooth), and there's absolutely no sign of any problem with the tooth at this point. And that was many months ago. I figured I'd wait a while to get an objective opinion. And I'm giving it that. Thank you, and I'll definitely be back :)

We always make every effort to ensure that the treatment is performed in accordance with the highest standards of modern dentistry. Unfortunately, as in any field of medicine, complications can occur, often resulting from reasons beyond our control. I went here for a while, but unfortunately, the scam started. I complained about one tooth, but of course, they found any excuse to deny my complaint. Furthermore, the tooth needed repair after root canal treatment, but I went to another clinic and now everything is fine. On the plus side, the clinic is nice and the service is friendly.
I am very pleased with the procedure, thank you and I will definitely come back.
