Since I tried to schedule an appointment, the receptionist made it very difficult. I don't know if it's because it's not a private appointment but through my insurance plan… When I went on the scheduled date, I put the address into Waze and the location was completely wrong. Good afternoon Leticia, my name is Fabiano and I am the manager of Vila A Odontologia. First of all, I would like to apologize for any misunderstanding in our service. I checked the conversation history and there were no difficulties in scheduling your appointment; a single date was suggested and that's how it was scheduled. Regarding the location, we always take care to send our address (street and building number) and a landmark the day before the confirmation. The address sent in your confirmation is exactly where we are located. If there was a problem with your navigation app, unfortunately, that is something beyond our control. For the initial evaluation, we reserve 45-minute slots, as this includes anamnesis, clinical evaluation, x-rays, and an explanation of the entire treatment plan. Your appointment was scheduled for 1:30 PM, and at 1:28 PM you informed us that you would arrive 15 minutes late. I would like to point out that our maximum waiting time for assessments is 15 minutes, however, at 1:46 PM you sent us a message stating you were in another location. We suggest rescheduling, as due to the time already elapsed, your total delay would be approximately 30 minutes. We have a policy of attending to patients on time, and your delay would likely delay other patients, which is disrespectful to the afternoon's appointment schedule. Furthermore, I am available to answer any questions you may have.

Professional service. Everything was fair and perfect, from exams to treatment, I was very well taken care of. I also took my grandmother for treatment, we talked about the need to adjust her treatment because of the medications she takes, and they adjusted everything according to our needs. Great.
My experience was great... I'm afraid of going to the dentist, like most people, but everyone at the clinic is attentive and patient, respecting our anxiety and explaining what they're going to do and how! rare to find these days. I've been to many dental clinics since childhood, and Dr. Claudemir was the one who taught me how to use dental floss correctly! How can something so simple that I thought I'd use correctly my whole life not be done... Dr. Gabi!! A sweetheart too! Super detail-oriented, patient... 🫶 attentive and careful. Even when applying anesthesia she's careful, you know? Super concerned about whether the procedure is hurting, if everything is okay. And she explains everything that will be done! And believe it or not! I've had root canals and fillings done by other professionals, and they never used absolute isolation. And Dr. Gabi did it, and I thought it was amazing, you know?
