The downside is you have to be diligent; if you're lazy about wearing them, it's game over 😭 The doctor said I have to wear them for 20-22 hours a day, so it's a bit stressful. Overall, if you prioritize aesthetics or frequently meet clients, clear aligners are worth considering. But if you're someone with poor discipline, you should think carefully before wearing them =)))

The dental clinic here seems much more reasonably priced than other places, and the service is excellent. The dentists are attentive and skilled, and there are even some Gen Z staff there, which is nice too :>
