The clinic is good, the professionals are attentive, but the DISRESPECT towards the client is absurd!! Every time I've come, I've been seen late. There have been times when I and members of my family have come and gone home without being seen because of the absurd delays. Lack of respect for the customer; I arrived at 2:28 PM for an appointment scheduled for 2:30 PM and left at 3:58 PM without being seen. They even scheduled three other people for the same time. They offered no explanation.

attention, I soon realized that the clinic operates as a team of several dentists, with Rafael as the main one. At first, I thought having just one dentist taking care of me would be ideal, but I understood the importance of having more professionals available. Three weeks after the installation, the crown started to move, and I needed emergency care before a flight. Fortunately, a great dentist solved the problem quickly. At the same time, I had another treatment with a different dentist, but I wasn't satisfied with the result. Besides the filling breaking, the treatment was uncomfortable, as I left dirty, without proper cleaning during the procedure. Overall, the clinic is efficient, the reception is attentive, and they have many patients and dentists. However, I expected more personalized attention, especially from Rafael, who is very professional, but I felt I needed more information during the sessions. I had to return twice for emergencies: once because the crown came loose, and another time because the filling wasn't satisfactory. The clinic is well-respected in Salvador, but the service can depend on luck with who attends to you.
I still haven't been able to speak to the clinic, either by phone or WhatsApp. I'd like more information.
