At first, everything is fine until they try to sell you something; they're even friendly, but only on paper. During the surgery itself, I had a bad experience. d surgery, and she had absolutely no tact; all she did was cause me pain. And that's not all. With my mouth all swollen and bleeding, instead of putting you in a quiet, private room so you could be comfortable while you coughed up blood and the anesthesia wore off, they gave you a napkin and made you wait in the waiting room in front of other patients. You had to wait until 9:00 PM sitting on a very poor-quality, uncomfortable sofa. Every time you ask if so much bleeding is normal, or anything else, the staff is robotic, automatic, and they have their script down pat. For them, everything "is like this." The deal is that if it rains fire, it's normal, but they'll never admit anything. Regarding the prosthesis, today is the fourth time a tooth has broken, and always the same one. The best part is that it breaks while I'm eating a vegetable stew. I'm furious; I'm even considering paying them what's left. I'm from Castellón, and every time I go to get that tooth fixed, it's time and money I'm spending at work, with all the consequences that entails, because you go at 8 in the morning and you're stuck waiting on that shabby sofa until 3 in the afternoon. And I've been doing this for quite some time now. They're always late with the tests; for the placement of the permanent prostheses, they change the dates whenever they feel like it. They sell you the dates and then don't keep any of them. Every time you go, you waste the whole damn day in that CULT. I'm going back again to get my damn broken tooth fixed, again for something I already paid for that's shoddy quality. They don't have a clue at that lab. On top of that, at my last checkup, I had two Italian teenagers who dropped all the screws in my dentures (I almost swallowed them). They didn't know how to remove it; they were supposed to check the implants and they didn't, so they had to take it apart again to check them. A disaster. It's charging for nothing and on top of that, wasting time, making trips, and suffering from work-related stress. Not recommended at all.

Let's not forget that at this clinic there was medical negligence, and a patient died after an implant, having waited seven hours for emergency services to be called and suffering from severe bleeding. Incompetent!
Anything I say about the professionalism at this clinic falls short. I'm delighted with the entire process from the very beginning.
