This is a reputable dental clinic with highly skilled doctors. Booking through their fanpage is quick and convenient, and you get many monthly promotions. I've met many foreign patients here for dental work.
A friend introduced me to come here to whiten my teeth and get 3 implants. I am very satisfied with the way the staff consulted about the price from online on the fanpage until I came to the clinic for a direct examination. The clinic is full of foreigners but the price is very reasonable, the doctors and nurses are all friendly and enthusiastic. I will definitely come back here many times.

The receptionists at V-trust are very enthusiastic and always support patients to ensure the best possible experience. However, I would still like V-trust to make some changes, such as the appointment scheduling process and directions. The hotline for scheduling appointments is sometimes unanswered, and the clinic has two Facebook pages: "V-trust dental" (this one seems to be for foreigners as all the content is in English) and "V-trust Dental Clinic," but the "V-trust Dental Clinic" page has a slow response time. I recommend choosing the "V-trust dental" page (you can find it by searching on Facebook) because they respond extremely quickly, and the doctors seem to be on duty; they respond immediately when you send pictures of your teeth. They even respond enthusiastically at 9 PM on some days. Another issue is the location; the clinic is in an alley, making it a bit difficult to find. Having clear directions with photos would be much better.

Best clinic ever! I had a tooth extraction in Bangkok, and a week later, while in Hanoi, I needed to have the stitches removed. I came to this clinic, and all the doctors spoke excellent English. I consulted with many places but finally chose V-Trust for my braces. The doctor was very professional and enthusiastic. I even got to see a simulation of tooth movement before starting treatment. . I said no many times. That I wasnt here for that. I felt that they wanted money from me and I felt vulnerable. At the clinic I realise that they didint set up an appointment for the filling so they made me wait to the hurry the job between between two patients. The dentist was in an hurry. He was sweating so much and was going too fast. When it was time to fit the filling with my other teeths, he became kind of mad at me cause it took time and told me it was ok when it was not. At some point, he tried to buffed an other teeth to make it fit. I asked him to stop doing that. He went away in the clinic, telling that for him it is ok when I couldn't close my mouth properly. He just left me like that and said the appointment was over. I had to come back 2 days later (what a mistake) to continue the job he didnt finish. He was doing weird moves with my mouth left to right side to check for the fitting. At some point i realise that he was buffing something else then the filling. I just wanted to leave and I tough that the lengh of the filling was ok enough to finish my travel. When I was out of the clinic, a couple minutes after, I realise that some of my teeth where really sharp and smaller. I could easily touch it and feel it with my tongue. I wrote a message back to the clinic to ask why he did that. At that time I was leaving hanoi and I was really pissed. One month after, I came back to the clinic to ask why they did that and find a solution. It took me a lot of courage to go back there and face them. I met an other dentist, supposely the supervisor. Finally, the appointment was about to convince me that the dentist did not buffed any other teeth. That it was a misinterpretation from me (?) He gave me an exemple : the cold water we put in your mouth can make you thing that the dentist was buffing somehere where he wasnt. I felt like he was trying to find whatever reason except admit the fault and apologies. I had braces for years and I know my mouth and my teeth and the feeling of my bite. He compared both XRays that were taken on the first appointment has a proof that no damage was done, but clearly the dammage was done over the second appointment. They gave me money back for the filling, but never acknowledge their mistake, basicaly saying I was lying about what happend. It was really weird cause at a certain point he told me that my dentist back in Canada can call him if he need his advice, and that I can come back anytime for follow up appointment in Hanoi. So obviously he wasnt listening at all. I didnt have the time in my vacation to invent a story like that. Be aware. This is negligence. I even showed them picture before and after and they just ignored it. The dentist just botched the job. My filling is worst than it was before, and I have two tooth with missing parts. Avoid this place or at least think about it twice.

I came V-Trust dental last month for me checkup and teeth whitening, my daughter 13years old metal braces. We're very pleased with their services and well-educated doctor. They take care of us well and will come back and highly recommend to my relavetives and friends. Easy to book via their fanpage and get 10% discount for sale group lol

the new inlay was causing serious issues with my teeth. Despite this, V Trust flatly refused to honor the guarantee they had made to refund me in full if I needed corrective dental work elsewhere. Their excuse? They claimed the guarantee only applied if the inlay "fell out again" - a condition that was never communicated to me at any point. I was explicitly told that any problems requiring further dental work would be covered. Instead of taking responsibility, they attempted to shift the blame and insisted I return to their clinic for a third assessment - fully aware that I am out of the country and had already lost confidence in their competence after two failed attempts. To add insult to injury, I had initially requested a crown for the tooth both times, but my concerns were dismissed, and I was pressured into getting an inlay. I was reassured that the inlay was the best solution and that they would cover costs if it didn’t work out. This was clearly an empty promise and I am now having to pay in full elsewhere for the inlay to be removed and to treat the damage caused. I urge you not to be lulled in with the cheaper prices/promotions and to instead think twice before undergoing any major dental work at this clinic. While things might go smoothly when everything is routine, if anything goes wrong, you’ll be left footing the bill while they work to protect their reputation and not lose face. Save yourself the stress and worry, and go elsewhere for peace of mind. Edited to add: my friend also got an inlay at this clinic around the same time and has since gone back to her home country. Since this time, she has informed me her inlay has also fallen out and she has had to undergo expensive corrective work in the States. The response from the clinic is shocking, choosing to give out personal information about the customer and continue to be untruthful. I would strongly urge others not to use their services.
I'm going to give an unfair review because I did not use their service. I booked an appointment because of the good reviews but upon arrival there was what looks like a used latex glove crumpled on top of dental tools in disarray. I went there to get my retainers done Doctor explained very well and speaks in english the place is nice, and I ended up getting my teeth’s clean too, very quick and efficient. Went a friday and went on Tuesday to pick it up they even told me will Keep my x rays in case I want to get them done again

-We are happy enough with our clean for 200k pp - I did ask for a hygienist and a deep clean but I got a dentist for 200k so can’t complain -Staff were all attentive and friendly -Down the alley way from the main road, easy to miss
