I don't understand how the place has so few reviews. I came to them through recommendations from other foreign women. Excellent attention, very friendly staff, Doctor Duc was very professional and very meticulous in making a diagnosis. The prices are very reasonable. The only downside is that it is in a very narrow-dark humid alley.

Went to this dentist for a check-up and deep clean. I usually hate going to the dentist, but the team at V-trust put me at ease and made me feel relaxed throughout the whole process. Overall, the service quality was quite good. The doctors were professional and the staff were very friendly, and the prices were reasonable. I had my wisdom tooth extracted, and they gave me very thorough instructions afterwards. In general, everything was fine. However, the location of the clinic was a little difficult for me to find.

s got anger issues. I had to make an urgent appointment, 45 min till the end of working day, seems the doctor hurried back home, he finished everything in 15 min. I told him that it didn't feel right (I bent my retainer), I still could feel pressure on my teeth and that wire was placed differently, he tried to assure me that it was fine, but I asked for a mirror - the wire wasn't aligned but glued with significant curve. When I pointed at it, he grabbed a tool and torn the retainer out almost completely, saying that he made as it was before he "fixed" it. I begged him to glue it back because I wouldn't be able to find another clinic in the evening, he did it, but you can imagine the result - it was not aligned and with a huge drop of glue so I could barely put my aligner on. I left V-Trust crying, I wasted time and I still have to fix the retainer. To be fair, I took my money back, and I was suggested to have an appointment with another dentist, but I don't want to come back and if I need to spend time, I'd better be doing it somewhere else. P.S. Two stars because some time ago they've made me pretty decent aligners.

Trust us please, he could be the best honest and patient dentist.His two toddles got sick at home but he still spent his best effort for all patients til the end of our working day. As your situation made urgent for rebonding one broken point of upper retainer, we did not estimate the good duration of treatment for you. Regularly, it might take just 5 minutes but he had carefully adjusted for 30mins following your requests. Honestly, his schedule was full on that time with many patients in waiting room but we still tried to help you as you were in urgent. Regarding your update, please check with other dentists asap. We will follow up with you. Because we still have 3D digital scanning of your retaining teeth positions, it can help if needed.

The dental clinic is quite affordable. Almost my whole family takes care of their teeth and gets treatment here. The doctors are highly skilled and give advice on exactly what needs to be done, without exaggeration. I have introduced my friends here and they all find it okay.

was far more comfortable than my previous dental experience here (I speak Vietnamese so the language barrier wasn't an issue at the last place, but it was very painful and expensive). Very happy with the service here and I will be coming back for my next checkups and treatments for sure.

I'm quite satisfied with the service here. Booking appointments via the fanpage is very quick and I even got many discounts. I got a discount on teeth whitening, costing only 2.7 million VND. The only downside is that it's a bit difficult to find the address, even though the sales staff sent me directions with photos. Otherwise, everything is great.
