It's a great place, but the reception service leaves much to be desired. I was very unpleasant, with little interest, and I was never seen at my scheduled time.

Excellent clinic. From the reception staff to the dentists, I always received excellent service.
Excellent and very attentive professionals, the secretaries are super polite and very attentive, always striving to provide the best service and always willing to answer questions!!! I recommend them without hesitation.

Terrible service at reception! I had to cancel my contract because getting an appointment that fits my schedule is practically impossible, and I've waited more than an hour for service three times in a row. The receptionists make mocking faces and don't know how to deal with customers when they show dissatisfaction. I hadn't confirmed the cancellation, and even so, when I left the service area,…

, they already had the form for me to sign the termination agreement, "but now I've already canceled." The turnover of attendants is high; they're never the same people, but this time they outdid themselves with the choice of staff. They need more training and tact to handle this type of situation.
Excellent service, Dr. Rogerio is a wonderful professional, attentive, no complaints, only praise!

I'm never seen on time, sometimes waiting for almost an hour. I've never been late with a payment and I always arrive before my appointment time, but it's always the same thing... poor service and lack of organization... (the doctor's treatment and care are excellent.)

Great place, great doctors, great bosses too, but lately the reception has been lacking; the girls are disorganized, they take 3 days to reply to a single WhatsApp message, they just see it and nobody responds, and when we call they laugh in our faces for complaining about the delay. They could improve in this area; they demand excellence but don't deliver it to their clients.
I always receive excellent service. The staff are polite and committed to answering my questions. I am very grateful!
