I was very pleased with my dear friend's detailed explanation, care and patience during my routine check-up, and I recommend him to everyone as a doctor.
They scan your teeth without asking, using a useless 3D scanner, and then they say, "Why do we need a virtual image when the teeth are visible? That's weird." No treatment is performed, and you're asked a surprise 500 TL consultation fee when you leave. Goodbye! Additional: Your answer is completely unrealistic! I find it unbecoming of a doctor. We also discussed implant details with you and said we could have the procedure done at a different location, that's all. Your entire consultation took 3 minutes. What are we going to talk about for 30-40 minutes? Be realistic and act like a doctor.

Hello Mr. Ali, For all appointment bookings, we inform you over the phone beforehand how our examination process works, that 3D intraoral scans are taken to provide detailed information, that a new scan will be taken if you haven't had one taken in the last 6 months, and that the examination fee will be deducted from your balance if you undergo any procedures. Our examination sessions last a minimum of 30-40 minutes, and all possible treatment options are explained to you in detail, including cause-and-effect relationships. We end the session only after ensuring that the patient has no remaining questions. I clearly remember that your examination session was quite detailed and that I answered all your questions one by one at length. Despite this, I am saddened by your negative assessment of your experience. Get well soon.

I had the opportunity to meet Buse Hanım two years after I had zirconium veneers at another clinic. She quickly transformed my teeth with zirconium, giving them a magnificent look. I also left very satisfied after having my previously single-piece zirconium veneers made one by one, like pearls, and replaced them. Thank you also for helping me overcome my dental fear :)
