I thought he was an excellent professional, but he never gave me a receipt. He left me with an unfinished treatment, and now the tooth he fixed has broken. He doesn't answer messages or anything. A disappointment.

Hi Paulina! This is Pablo writing to you. Unfortunately, we don't work for free at our practice. We offer many payment options and have very flexible hours, but as I wrote to you via WhatsApp at the beginning of 2025, your digital record shows that two years ago you had a significant outstanding balance on a completed treatment. Then you disappeared with another unfinished treatment and returned when you had another problem with your teeth. I told you that if you didn't pay what you owed, I couldn't treat you. I hope we can resolve your issue.
I went to the place on a Sunday and called. Nobody answered. The building's concierge said it was closed on Sundays. They should correct the information online and not waste people's time.

For emergency care, regular care, weekends, and holidays, it's necessary to schedule an appointment in advance by phone, WhatsApp, or Instagram. If you don't coordinate through one of these channels, you may experience what happened to you. A very good experience. Pablo is always very willing and has plenty of time to see me, whether it's a scheduled appointment or a walk-in. I highly recommend the dental center and its professionals because they provide excellent service, are very kind and pleasant, explain things in great detail, and are very gentle with anesthetics. :D
