ng extractions, a Straumann implant, a maxillary sinus lift, three zirconium crowns, and four treatments. The initial estimate contained calculation errors that I had to have corrected. Even the "discount" indicated was neither clear nor consistent with the individual items. Surgery Day Appointment Thursday, January 15th at 1:00 PM. The surgeon arrived at 2:00 PM. The extraction lasted over an hour, with obvious difficulty and a lot of pain. The surgeon decided not to extract the wisdom tooth, performed a treatment instead, and left, saying he had performed a maxillary sinus lift. Another hour of treatment followed with another dentist. I left after over two hours with a very swollen cheek. I was told it was normal. Payments, Refunds, and Receipts The next day, I requested a refund for the treatments I hadn't performed. At that point, the conditions changed: services listed as free suddenly became paid services. Only after consulting my lawyer did I receive a refund of €800, which they initially refused or wanted to further reduce. In the end: I didn't receive the prosthesis, I didn't receive the scheduled treatments, I was told I had a sinus lift, but I don't have a receipt. If this procedure hadn't actually been performed, I would have paid €500 for nothing. I'm currently in pain and will have to see another dentist. Administrative Management Most of the problems were caused by Orchida, the administrative secretary: repeated errors in the estimate, reimbursement issues, initial refusal to provide me with the requested and paid 2D and 3D exams, and failure to provide a receipt for services totaling €550. I also find it unacceptable that, as has already happened to other patients who have complained, there is an attempt to question payments unrelated to the treatment (hotel or other). I would like to point out that any false or defamatory statements will be immediately prosecuted. Final Note Erin, Christian, and Martina are honest people.

I go to have 5 implants... the x-rays are looked at against the light for a moment... in a hurry they also remove healthy teeth that could have served as a base for the denture... they put 5 implants in and made me a temporary denture, all in less than an hour... propose a bridge, guaranteeing me a good result and telling me that on the inside it would be as natural... it wasn't like that. They fitted me with the dentures after 6 days in which they saw me 10 minutes a day.. in the evening at 8 they fitted me with an internal step of almost a centimeter... on the morning of departure at 6 in the morning they fixed me with permanent glue and filed down the bases of my teeth like pins since the dentures didn't fit.. they quickly filed me and I took the plane.. the result was that my teeth touched, I can't speak well and I spit while I speak plus a discomfort in the palate that I can't tell you. (During these few sessions the instruments fell to the floor several times... which were collected and reused as if nothing had happened, in addition to not having a piece of soap in the bathrooms to be able to wash my hands. The structure is nothing more than a large apartment where they also live... the stairs and walls to go up are filthy) at 8 I left the hotel asking what I had to pay for the room.. I was told that everything was fine. Finally I landed in Italy and they started to Calling me repeatedly, threatening to sue me if I didn't wire them 300 euros for the hotel... after having taken thousands of euros under the table for a terrible job done in a hurry and at absurd times, I hope with this recession I can help some of my compatriots avoid making the same mistakes as me... I reiterate that this is a real recession.

First of all, your statement that our clinic is "an apartment where people live" is completely false. Our facility is located within a certified business center, in a 450 m² medical facility equipped with advanced technology and compliant with all European hygiene, sterilization, and safety standards. No form of residence is permitted in this building. Regarding your treatment, our internal documentation clearly demonstrates that: * You requested two color changes, and on both occasions we redid the entire work from scratch and at no additional cost. * After your return to Italy, you requested a further color change, and we also offered to redo everything free of charge, simply asking you to return to the clinic. * The delays in your case occurred because you repeatedly missed scheduled appointments, which are required for this type of procedure. * * On multiple occasions, you presented yourself in a condition unsuitable for safe dental treatment, making it impossible to proceed according to protocol. Furthermore, the hotel's official report states: * You left the facility without paying for your stay, * nor for the products consumed during your stay. This is the only reason you were contacted after your departure—a completely normal procedure, not a threat. We have also verified that, at all the facilities you visited, you left only negative reviews, always repeating the same pattern of accusations, which raises further doubts about the credibility of your story. All steps of your treatment are fully documented with dates, clinical notes, and photographs, and none of the incidents you describe match what is in your medical records.
