Excellent clinic! From scheduling to the service, everything was impeccable. The receptionist was super friendly and the doctor explained the entire treatment with great patience and professionalism. The office is clean, modern, and comfortable. I left very satisfied with the result and will definitely return. I recommend it to everyone looking for a trustworthy dentist!

They performed a root canal on my wife, but didn't do the filling, and scheduled her to return another day to have it done. When she returned, after complaining of pain during the waiting period, they said the insurance company denied the filling. My wife asked to see the denial, which stated that it was awaiting analysis and not denied. She called the insurance company, which informed her that it…

would authorize the procedure, but at the same time said that it would not be possible to authorize it because the clinic had canceled the procedure. This call took place on speakerphone in front of the clinic's receptionist. The receptionist simply said that they canceled it because they had other appointments. However, minutes before, they had informed her that an appointment was reserved for my wife, which still had 1 hour remaining, which would be more than enough time to perform the filling. In other words, my wife left the clinic with a poorly done filling, which has been causing infiltration for days, risking infection, and with the certainty that it was all due to the clinic's lack of commitment to its patients. Total dissatisfaction with this clinic. We do not recommend it to anyone and I make a point of warning people not to go.

Hi Jonathan, how are you? Your wife had a root canal (treatment of the tooth's root) and was subsequently scheduled and confirmed to have the final restoration done. In the meantime, the tooth had a temporary restoration, which is the correct protocol for a root canal procedure. However, your wife didn't understand this and was frustrated at the appointment. When she went to the clinic to have the restoration done, the insurance company denied it, justifying that she had a restoration done on the same tooth at another clinic less than two years ago. In this case, the patient must contact the insurance company and resolve the issue so that they authorize the restoration for us to perform. This is a rule established by the health insurance provider and NOT OURS. Unfortunately, we cannot perform a procedure that has been denied by the insurance company. We advised your wife to call, but according to her, she was unable to contact the insurance company. Therefore, we suggested she go to the insurance company in person, but she said she wouldn't go. The refusal wasn't from the clinic, but even so, your wife communicated that she would no longer have the procedure and left. Only after that did the receptionist cancel the plan request so it wouldn't remain open with us. This is the correct protocol, since if your wife sought another clinic to authorize the procedure, it would again be denied because there would already be an open request for her. We regret what happened and apologize; this is not our company policy. Unfortunately, dental health insurance providers have technical rules that are independent of the clinic.
