I underwent several treatments at the clinic, and it's true, I was always very well attended to, but the orthodontic treatment was a horror movie. In 2021, I got self-ligating braces and was informed that I would wear them for 2 years (unfortunately, we didn't have a contract, and it's my word against theirs). (see photos below) and sought other opinions. I went to 5 different orthodontists, all of whom indicated that there had been an error in the treatment. When I contacted the clinic's technical manager, I received a very rude response saying "we've never had problems with Dr. Mariana," but mistakes happen, and in the health field, "the problem is more serious." The feeling I had was that the professional who treated me did make a mistake and didn't know when to stop. The result? Although I didn't have the most perfect alignment in the world, I had a pretty okay smile (aesthetically speaking) and a functional bite. Now, due to the poor management of my treatment, I have an extremely misaligned bite, not to mention all the emotional damage caused to my smile. I've spent (and continue to spend) a fortune on physiotherapists (to try and alleviate my bite while it's not back in place), frequent checkups to monitor the new treatment, and the orthodontic treatment itself, since I'm having to correct the mistake. In short, I think the photos speak for themselves, and that's why I don't recommend it.
The service was excellent, from the reception staff to the dentists, who were always very attentive to me.
