install braces and it was scheduled for April 30th, and on the 30th I wanted to go there I got a call from Uluwatu saying the doctor had permission not to be able to handle it because his child was hospitalized, and I understood and didn't go even though it was very sudden in contacting the patient, and it was scheduled again on May 8th, and on May 8th I went there according to the schedule at 10, and I waited there until 10.17 then I was called to go upstairs, and upstairs I would be handled by another doctor who said he wanted to fill it, even though I There was no mention of patching, the initial appointment was to install braces with Dr. Sintia, and the other doctor told me to go down and ask the receptionist to look for Dr. Sinta, she wanted to install braces and had already paid 2 million down payment at the beginning of the meeting, so I asked the receptionist nicely, and I was confused by her unreasonable talk even though I went there according to the schedule and she said Dr. Sintia was full, there were other doctors and I didn't talk to any doctor, she said not all doctors can install braces, how come that's weird 😆, then who made the schedule, after that I was told to come back tomorrow, what should I do? I've been back and forth, the results are zero, there's no treatment, it's confusing, and then the process of returning my down payment didn't match what they said, they said the latest would be the next day, but I kept asking about it for 3 days, that's it, basically I'm disappointed, wasting time and energy telling me to go back and forth, they've already apologized and my deposit has been returned, the point is don't let other people be treated like me, improve the service and synchronization between doctors and receptionists so as not to confuse poor patients if their homes are far away, they are also busy.
