I am undergoing orthodontic treatment with braces. Very professional approach, the doctor answers all questions, the process is calm and stress-free. The clinic is modern and clean. Everyone is very nice!!!

I was planning to start treatment that would cost over 20,000 zlotys, but after this kind of treatment and complete disregard for their obligations, I won't trust this clinic with my health or money. If the service fails at the booking stage, it's scary to imagine what happens during treatment. I don't recommend them to anyone who values their time and expects professionalism. P.S. Below, you'll likely see their standard response about "the service being fully rendered" and "the client agreed to it." But the fact remains: four promises to call back were broken, and no specialist doctor was available. Read their excuses, but draw your own conclusions about the service.

This fact is confirmed by the recording system, as well as audio and video recording at the reception. The consultation with the orthodontist was conducted in full. During the appointment, you were explained that treatment with aligners in the clinic is carried out by another specialist. After the consultation, the administrator asked you if you liked everything and if there were any additional questions. No complaints were made on your part. You paid for the service and additionally made an appointment with an aligner specialist. All incoming and outgoing calls are recorded. Administrators contacted you during the day, so the statement about ignoring your requests is not true. After receiving the explanations, you informed that if you were refused a refund, you would post negative reviews on public platforms. We consider it necessary to note that decisions on refunds are made solely on the basis of the fact of the provision of the service and the current legislation, and not under the influence of such statements. The medical service was provided properly and in full, therefore there are no grounds for a refund. We previously offered you a free consultation with an aligner specialist as a gesture of goodwill.
