Hello Mr. Uçan Adam, we see that you have applied to our clinic for treatment for your relative. 1. In fact, we are reminded of this situation because you are the only patient in our patient records that we have inadvertently kept waiting recently. As you will appreciate, sometimes treatment times can be extended due to unforeseen circumstances (dental phobia, panic attacks, etc.). In such cases, we cannot simply declare your time over and dismiss the patient, leaving us unable to see the next patient at their scheduled appointment time. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about this. I would also like to inform you that we need time to sterilize the clinics after our patient leaves. On behalf of our clinic, we apologize for keeping you waiting for approximately 30 minutes. 2. The pandemic has had the greatest impact on the lives of healthcare professionals. We, too, have adapted most quickly. Thanks to the priority provided by the Ministry of Health, all our staff have been vaccinated. Furthermore, we are taking the utmost care regarding mask use, and we cannot even admit patients without masks. We even reluctantly have to warn our patients about this. The concepts of "expensive" and "cheap" are relative. Treatment methods and costs can vary between clinics, and we respectfully acknowledge that treatment planning fees vary from doctor to doctor.
